The staff was personable and helpful! They were willing to help me to stay on the 1st floor and I super appreciated that! The bathroom was nice and the room was clean.

I didn't like that if the bathroom door was open, when someone entered the room you could see directly into the bathroom if entering the room from the hallway.. I didn't like the bed placement. Better on the longer wall.. No breakfast included. The onsite bistro was expensive for breakfast. We went somewhere else.

Property is across from the Tanger outlet & San Marcos outlet mall , so an excellent location if your just going shopping. Very clean rooms , plenty of pillow & extra blankets, comfy bed, and cute swimming pool , would highly recommend to anyone

Nothing, had a great stay , was reasonable booking on bookings.com Check is quite late for 3pm , check out is 12pm so that’s quite nice

The lobby/bistro area was very inviting and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Our only reason for not coming here again was that it lacked a breakfast that was included in the price. And ordering bkfst from bistro was not convenient for the time it took to get our food. I think most travelers want to get in and then out with their morning coffee and breakfast. We utilized the Bistro for the evening and for a drink which was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay the rooms were clean and the lobby was beautiful. Everyone was very nice and friendly!

However our "Free Breakfast" was not free it was only a $20.00 credit. When purchasing our breakfast my daughter grabbed an orange juice and I realized it was expired. We handed it back to the cashier and she located one that was not expired but I am glad that I looked at it. Also we don't feel like our AC cooled our room fully our AC would click on for about 1 minute and then go out. We did have the temp set as low as 67 and just finally gave up on it. Thank goodness a cold front was blowing in.

Very comfortable bed and just opposite of San Marcos Premium Outlets.

The light under the TV above the writing desk could not be switched on leading to insufficient lighting when working on my laptop.

The "bistro" is lacking to say the least. There wasn't a cook so the front desk had to make the food. Kind of weird

They didn't do the cleaning one of the days we stayed there. They mentioned is done every two days. Being a hotel I consider it unacceptable. Otherwise, I would rent a private house/apartment.

Breakfast was great. Bistro Joe was friendly and professional. He was very attentive and accommodating. Food was excellent.

It was exceptionally good. Liked everything!

Over all it was good

It did rain pretty bad on our last night. We were on the 2nd floor and some water came in on the window seal and a small bit by the a/c but nothing to alarming.

It was near a gas station, outlets and lots of restaurants.

Parking was full 2 nights and I had to park on the other side of the hotel.
