The king suite was really freaking Awesome!!!!!Especially for the kids to have a full size pull out bed and their own tv. The breakfast was phenomenal and a huge variety.

You have to pay $12 for parking. Also the night before our last day, my 70 year old mom asked for a late check out so the kids and us didn’t have to sit in the car for 4 hours waiting for my son’s football game to start, the lady lied and said no we’re to book. When I got on the Hilton app an hour or two later, and let the desk know the situation they said the late check out would definitely be fine and the manager approved it. Other than that, it was AMAZING.

Birthday Weekend for My Granddaughter and one of her Friends -- They made her feel like a QUEEN during her stay -- she was met in the room with a Birthday Surprise (which was not at all expected - a WONDERFUL SURPRISE for Her) and all that saw her wished her Happy Birthday -- A GREAT EXPERIENCE for She and Her Friend -- Room newly remodeled and really amazing -- Had a really GREAT TIME -- staff very accommodating, FRIENDLY and VERY PLEASANT -- will come and stay again

I loved how elegant and professional everything looked.The staff was PHENOMENAL I can’t believe everyone was so nice and smiling and willing to help that’s hard to find these days I appreciate that more than anything. Me and my boyfriend stayed to get out of town for a few days and it was absolutely amazing definitely will be coming back and staying again very soon!

I did not like that online it shows there is a jacuzzi and when we got there I was disappointed to find it was no longer there.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were big. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good with lots of choices.

On top of our Booking. com price we were charged $25 deposit for each day we were there, which we did receive back when we checked out, but then we were charged $12 a night for parking that we didn't account for. This is to park in their parking lot which they do not monitor. Oh and they tell you complementary drinks from 5:30 to 7:00 but it's only 2 drinks per person per night.

This Embassy Suites location appeared to be well maintained. It was clean, beds and sitting room area were very comfortable and the staff very friendly and professional. Especially the kitchen staff, particularly the omelette station employees. (which offered egg whites and veggies, yum!)The line got long, but they moved pretty quickly, with a smile and great customer service. Also checkin was a breeze, and again very friendly and courteous staff. The location was ideal if visiting the outlet mall stores, many food options. Short drive to Gruene/ New Brunfels, Canyon Lake, and Wimberley. We passed by one of the conference room, it was a beautiful room decorated and prepped for a Quincenera (15yo bday party)

Some breakfast options were limited, it would be great to see more fruits other than cantaloupe, for example -apples, bananas, oranges etc, coffee was very weak, stronger options would be greatly appreciated, as well as non dairy milk (almond or Oat milk), and some whole wheat or multi grain bread options.

Hotel is very nice and very accommodating. Staff was wonderful and responsive if anything was needed. Hotel was apparently short handed one of those days and I wouldn't of been able to tell because they handled everything so professionally. Rooms were very good size, I have three children 8, 9, and 1 year old's and they had enough room to do them without aggravating the neighbors or people below. I was nervous to be on the 3rd floor with the baby who runs back and fourth but the room is so insulted you truthfully can't hear anything unless your in the living room you might hear people passing but no room noise. Breakfast is always the big hit for me and all the variety they have to offer...don't miss out on getting yourself an omelet. Parking Lot is well lit area with plenty of parking.

Nothing stood out to me to say I didn't like.

Clean quite and comfortable

I did not like the 14.00 self parking fee. We noticed on top of being charged this 14.00 fee, there was a sign saying guests assume all risk for using the parking lot on the premises. For this fee, there could and should have been some type of security offered for this rate.

Breakfast was good and the location was convenient. The reception in the evening was nice. The front desk workers were very helpful and kind. My family also took great advantage of the swimming pool and pool area.

The room had a bit of an odor (likely from the texas water). Also parking on two of the days was challenging due to a convention taking place.

Breakfast was great. Eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, pancakes, Juices, milk, coffee, tea and made to order omelets. Food stayed full even with a good amount of guests eating. Staff was great. Room service was a bit slow but we just walked to the front desk for any needs. Room was clean and a nice size. We got the king suite for 2 adults and a 7 year old...could have easily sleep 2 more small kids. The view was over the parking lot and highway which was still a good view especially sunrise and set. Happy hour from 5 to 7 was a great experience. Bartenders were nice and fast. Drinks were good and they weren't stingy with making you another within reasonable limits. Everything about our stay was near perfect.

Location was good and seemed to be in a safe quiet area. The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were overall clean.

Rooms are outdated and stains on the furniture. Price was to high for the room. One elevator was broken. There aren't enough to accommodate the amounts of guests and sometimes made long waits.
