The location is so close to the shopping outlets. Perfect to go shop and head back to hotel to relax. It’s literally located walking distance to the outlets! It smelled clean when we walked in. Another thing I really liked was the Dove products they have for their guests!!! We love dove! We will be staying again in the future.

I don’t have much complaints honestly. One thing I can recommend is refilling their lotion bottle. Ours was pretty empty ..

The women at the front desk were so helpful when my Tv wasn’t working. The room was clean and comfy. I liked the lobby always had cucumber water.

The TV had a. Bunch of channels from the guide missing. I feel like either get the channels or update your guide to reflect the channels you do have. Also, I was out of the room from 8-1 and housekeeping still hadn’t come. I was bummed I didn’t get it during my stay.

I’ve stayed at La Quinta multiple times and have generally had positive experiences. On one occasion, I did encounter bed bug bites. I understand that such incidents can occur even in well-maintained hotels, and I appreciate that it wasn't an issue during my subsequent stays. I mention this to explain why I rated my overall experience as an 8. Thank you for your continued hospitality.

Breakfast was fair. Eggs were not tasty (seemed artificial). Had several options with waffles , bagels, cereals, but didn’t want carbs for breakfast. The fruit was good, had very tasty tangerines.

Have real eggs. Also have flour tortillas to go with the sausage/ egg combo. The sliding door on the shower would not close all the way which left water on the floor outside after each shower.

Location was great- safe, well lit, clean. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that, but the breakfast lounge was full of happy people when I passed by in the morning. The front desk gal (same gal at check-in and check-out) was exceptional! She was very friendly and efficient.

Nothing could have been better. Room was very clean and tidy. NO complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had. There were hot scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, a variety of bread, muffins, waffles, and other items. One problem we had was the 2 lamps in the room did not work. We notified the front desk and the problem was fixed in about 30 minutes. Other than the light problem, the room was very nice.

Being tired at check in and having to wait to get the lights fixed.

That it wasn’t near the interstate. Check in was quick and easy, staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good, had a variety of foods to choose from. It had easy access to outlet mall. Would stay here again and recommend it family and friends.

I liked the property. I was disappointed about the final bill. I booked 2 rooms at the same price but when checking out one of the rooms was $45 higher. The 2 rooms were exactly alike. The clerk could not help- I tried to reach out to Booking . Com but was not successful.

Located at the edge of the outlet mall, it is quiet and easy to find. Free parking, continental breakfast, elevators, inside doors to the rooms, secure doors, very clean, very quiet.

Front desk staff to be more attentive and to be available.

Great location... five minutes to the Outlet Mall... The facilities were very clean and the beds and pillows gave us an excellent night sleep..Very comfy...Breakfast was delicious...Value for the money...Will definitely return 🤗🤗🤗
