Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was easy to find. The breakfast was good too.

The only issue I had was with the very loud barking dog down the hall from us. I called the front office and they said they would check into it.

Location good near main roads and restaurants. Breakfast had a wide selection of food. Staff were helpful as first night we were in a room which faced onto the UPS depot and during the night we were woken by numerous beeping sounds and engines of the trucks reversing into the depot. On the morning we asked reception if there was another room we could be moved to and they moved us straight away. Thank you.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast with many choices. Oatmeal, eggs, bacon or sausage, cold cerals, yogurt and fresh fruits. Coffee and tea are always available. There's a nice snack and necessities room. Bathroom was very clean, nice towels and comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was very responsive with a problem we had.

A UPS dispatch is behind the hotel. Their trucks could be heard backing up.

Location was great. Very friendly staff.

Pool towels were smaller than a bath towel so you had to get 3 for a small adult to dry. TV channel in main area was set to CNN. Should maybe put it in the weather channel just to keep a common area “politically neutral” , food for thought.

A typical Hampton Inn with comfortable room and good breakfast. The pool area was a bonus.

Street construction was a hinderance making it a little difficult to enter the parking lot.

I requested the top floor on the opposite side of the highway. I received conformation from the hotel too, but we were not on the top floor and out room was on the side of the highway.

Great location and very comfortable room/bed. The breakfast was nice, staff was friendly, and we enjoyed our stay.

The only drawback is the lack of a microwave in the room.

The staff at the check in desk was friendly, informative and pleasant. Breakfast was good and the chef staff who prepared the breakfast was very nice.

They had a terrific breakfast. Lots of choices and I'm picky because I don't eat gluten. The bed was comfortable, but next time I'm going to bring my own pillow. The room was quiet and they had a pull down shade to block out the light which I appreciate since I can't sleep when there's any light in the room.

I didn't like that there was no microwave in the room. The tiny table they had in lieu of a dining table meant that if we ate in the room, only one of us had a surface on which to place our food.

Very clean and updated property. Convenient location despite the endless San Marcos construction.
