The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate for noisey neighbors (people above us) and did not recommend a change to upper floors as that was the pet floor( noisey etc). All the staff greeted us, helped with doors, and overall made us feel comfortable.

The clientele have taken a toll on this place. We had to ask for dishes. It appears the clientele is stealing so items anticipated were limited to none. While the room was generally clean, the rooms and overall hotel could use a deep cleaning. Towels were white to gray with stains. Beyond the room, the staff is trying to keep up with the halls, laundry and overall cleanliness but extra support for them to take care of things is needed.

While there was some mix-up with the room we booked online, the front desk was above and beyond in helping remedy the situation. I think they may have upgraded us from the room we booked! VERY HELPFUL and PLEASANT.

They could have a few more areas to sit outside . There is 1 picnic table and often staff us at table

The noise from others around the hotel it was very noisy. And I'm not pleased to say that the person staying next to us in the other room, they were doing their deed, and the white girl was very loud about it, I do have kids, so that was really uncalled for! At first, they were arguing and throwing things at each other in the room as it seemed liked it by the noise, and then they were doing their deed and very loud about it! I was not pleased about that!

The ladies at the front desk were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Barbara, Crystal and Brittany were the ones I mostly interacted with but they were all lovely and helpful.

The lock in back door to the facility was broken

It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. We just stayed one night to come to our niece's graduation in San Marcos State University. We like that it was pet friendly because we had our pet Millie. We like that it had a small kitchen. It was great for the price too. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing was no breakfast but no worries we had to leave early.

Location and staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. We would stay at this location again.

Appearance of the property like cutting the grass. It was overgrown. Vacuum the hall.

Great location and easy to get to freeway.

Noise from highway Upstairs tenant arose at 430 and sounded like he was bowling as he dragged chair across floor.

Centrally located to where we needed to go. Easy highway access.

Air conditioner fan rattled. There was no shampoo for the shower.
