The gentleman working the first was very helpful and accommodating. The gentleman that was working the second evening was not so nice. However, the older gentleman working Sunday morning was extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfast was all that great, but it was better than nothing. The staff did, however, keep the breakfast items fresh and stocked. I loved the location it was perfect. The pool area was also great.

I can't really say anything negative about it except the Saturday evening clerk. My husband had gone down at about 7 pm. To ask him a question, and he was a little rude to my husband.

I liked all of the storage for our gear. We had enough room for everything. I liked that the floor isn't carpet. I like that the bathroom looks recently updated and very clean. I like the height of the beds. I liked the value.

The breakfast was lackluster. Like, it was ok, but not anything to write home about. Apparently, there was some malfunction with one of the outer doors prevented using a key to get in. This led to the door being propped open so that people could get in easily. The problem with that is...people, perhaps some who have no legitimate business on the premises, can get in unchecked. I hope thru management can get it fixed soon.

Super close to the Tanger outlet, fast food, and gas stations! The room was SO HUGE and super comfy! You have access to the inside of the hotel on all sides not just front or back! AND I immediately got my deposit back!

I didn’t get the king room I originally booked, I was accommodated to a double bed room at no cost. Other than that it was great!

I booked in a rush and then when I had time I was reading the reviews and they weren't good. So I was expecting a stinky crap room. Well that wasn't the case. It was actually a good room. They had the air on and it was clean. No smell and worth the price! Staff was not very talkative, but that's ok. Breakfast was grab bags of chocolate donuts, granola bars, danish, and coffee or Oj.

Looks like some remodeling may be going on, by the looks in the bathroom, but that's not a prob.

The location of how close it was to the outlets and how clean it was. It was affordable for my 2 night stay with my family.

The building looked a little older especially in the hallways but the rooms were perfect and it didn't have a full breakfast line up like other locations, but they did have grab and go, and that was delicious.

The only thing that I didn’t like is at night when you’re sleeping, we were close to where the cars parked, and you could hear them coming in and out of the facility

Loved the new remodeled rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway needs to be remodeled and the carpet removed.

Just the hallways with the ugly carpet. Wish they had an elevator but the stairs were not that bad.

The only thing that I noticed was that the room that the pool is inside is extremely hot and muggy. Seems like a Sauna in there

Great location! Across I-35 from the Tanger Outlets and within walking distances of all sorts of delicious restaurants. Nicely decorated room, inviting indoor pool, comfortable bed, cool AC, hot coffee and bag continental breakfast in the mornings. When we stayed, they were still renovating nicely.

Hallways were kind of dark and the door you had to open it upward to unlock it. Other than that it was good. Husband did mention breakfast could be better.
