Room, beds, staff, lobby, everything was great. Breakfast is always good too. Love this place. We always stay here when we visit Victoria.

This is the first visit I ever had anything negative to say, and that is only that our room was right next to the electrical room. My son said it didn't bother him, but for me the bedroom was buzzing so loud I could hardly sleep. Never had a bad room here before so as long you steer clear of this room everything should be great.

This place was very nice and comfortable. Close by the mall and other places to check out. The place was spectacular looking and even had a kitchen in the room so you don’t have to go places to buy something to eat everyday.

The WiFi was not working and although I didn’t reply need it, it’s something that could have been better.

I loved everything from the comfortable room with full kitchen and everything you could need. The staff was friendly and always had fresh towels and toiletries available. I could go on forever i enjoyed my stay as well as the breakfast and lunch. Thank you.

The breakfast was very good! The layout of our room was excellent in that I could get up early and fix my coffee with out disturbing my husband. Would book again if in the area. Will consider Homewood Suites in future travels.

The luggage cart was not easy to use as it was broken on one end.( pretty minor in the scheme of things.)

The room was big and confortable. The extra sofabed was ideal for us family of 5. Breakfast was very complete and everything looks new and nice.

Had to ask for someone to bring another towel (we made reservation for 5 and there were only 4, they could have anticipated) and there was no sheets and blnaket for the sofabed. We asked if they could make the bed, but they just left the sheets there. Oh and the table on the kitchen has no chairs.

Our room was nice and spacious! Both the a/c and fan worked, which is a big plus! My family loved the extra space. Definitely would recommend.

The vibe is super cool. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was bright, uplifting, and good. Traveling tends to make me grouchy, but as soon as I stepped in the door, I felt better.... And the rest I got during my stay is invaluable.

As clean and inviting as it was, the carpets need to be replaced in the hallways. It's a beautiful hotel but I guess the carpets just haven't bounced back since Harvey.

Location was close to many things, reasonably priced for extra nice king suite. Lobby and room was clean,

Pool area was a little crowded. I did have a room that was in view of the pool and I witnessed a few cars (3) with 3-4 people just pull up and go straight to the pool area.

Water was not clean. I was issued water bottles but I assume it was everywhere. Thanks for the water though!

Roomy, especially for the price. I was surprised how much room there was and we were in love with it. The breakfast was great. And the dining area was large and clean.
