Very nice LaQuinta on I59, at the very outside edge of Victoria Texas, look out the window and see ranch land across I59, no big malls or shopping nearby! There is a McDonald’s right across the street! Hotel is fairly small but neat and clean on the outside, check in super easy. My room was excellent, decorated well, and bed was super comfy. Two out of four pillows were usable while two felt like rocks. Bathroom had a big shower, no tub. Breakfast was mediocre hotel fare…fake tasting eggs rule! Thank goodness for waffle makers! I don’t remember seeing any juice. Coffee is available all the time in the lobby along with tea and cocoa. With the location of the hotel I expected it to be very quiet, but a long stretch of paved roadway in front brought out the drag racers during the night. Take clothespins to keep the drapes closed in the middle to block out the waaay too powerful football lights in the parking lot, consequently room stays light through the night. There is a nice easy chair if you don’t want to sit in the middle of the bed all the time. Super plus if you need one, there’s a laundry room! Overall, very decent one night stay, price for room was very good and I’ll use this LaQuinta again if I’m ever staying in the area!

Bathroom….toilet super close to shower and 2 to 3 feet from the toilet paper! Breakfast! Nasty fake tasting eggs and weird chopped up bacon which was a mess if you didn’t eat a taquito. No ice machine that I could find on the 4th floor Way too bright lights in the parking lot, lit up like a football stadium

I really appreciated that they let me check in earlier than 3pm. I made my stay so much more pleasant. I was able to get some much needed rest when I got into town I was very tired. So I was very very pleased. 😊

There was nothing I didn't like

The front staff at this location was great, they were very accommodating and friendly. I had to call a couple of times before my visit to clarify a few things and they answered all of my questions easily. Check-in was easy, and the continental breakfast was plentiful and well put out. Hot and many options. I asked the front desk for towels while I was having breakfast and they were able to provide them to me very quickly. Check out with simple I ended up Not staying as long as I planned, and the price was adjusted easily. Staff was great beds were fairly comfortable, breakfast is good. We didn’t get to try any of the amenities but they seemed up to par. We were in town for a funeral service so the ease of staying here really helped the situation.

Clean facility, friendly staff. My shower did appear very clean except for one corner where there was black mold that should’ve been cleaned.

The room was good except for the A/C which didn't want to cool the room down. I thought the pillows were a little too hard

The location was very nice not far from where we had to be. The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be staying there again the next time we stay there.

Only thing was a random guest was being very sketched. Where we felt uncomfortable that we had to pick a different floor so he won't which room we actually stayed in.

The property had a Tesla Supercharger on-site, which was very convenient for continuing our journey. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

The elevator went up to the 4th floor -- but could not be summoned to the 4th floor.
