I was so impressed by the staff. The front desk person was amazing. She asked where we were coming from and what type of plans did we have. She mention the Livestock Show/Carnival and restaurants near by. We replied by say we were in town for a funeral and fundraiser. She offered her condolences and Purchased BBQ dinners for our fundraiser. Please thank the staff for their compassion and outstanding service. In the morning I came to ask for help as my blood sugar was low and I needed immediate help. A staff member quickly gave me a coke and helped me to a seat. This is over and beyond. Thank you all again. I hope my next visit will be under better circumstances. I most definitely will chose to stay with Comfort Inn and Suites. Vanessa Alvarez

Everything was GREAT!!! The location was very accommodating to anything/everything you need/want, staff was friendly, courteous, generous, and helpful, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had ALOT of variety of food!! My total stay was extremely phenomenal!! This is where I will be staying from here forward any and every time I come to Victoria, TX!! Thank you Comfort Inn for the delightful stay!!!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like the people and location was 100% amazing!!!

Breakfast was simple, but very good quality and convenient. Very friendly personnel and everything was in place when we showed up for breakfast. Coffee machine in lobby was awesome and very convenient.

We liked everything about the place. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind to us. Including a young lady that I believe was part of the maintenance crew who was at the front desk when we showed up. She was super nice and helpful.

Lobby was clean and inviting and the Staff was courteous upon check-in. Offered pack n Play for our baby granddaughters which was very helpful. The King suite was great space for a family of four. We will stay again when we visit Victoria!

Finding the backlight switch in the room was tricky. The TV broadcast was in/out. The swimming pool had debris and needed to be cleaned.

The room was clean and bed and pillows were comfy! The breakfast was basic but very good. I would like cheese for my eggs 😁 the surroundings were safe and quiet. We will definitely be back next time visiting grandkids. My husband said the shower was awesome and will want to stay in room 110 again!

Bed was comfortable, easy check in/out. Ac was cold and ran properly

First room missing door latch, front agent happily moved me to another room. Second room's tub plug would not stay up while showering, I folded the shower cap to try to keep it open. Overall, great night sleep

Breakfast offered standard items such as cereal, waffles, parfaits, assorted juices. There was also biscuits and gravy, breakfast sausage links and eggs available.

Our room, 325 was unusually warm. We kept the AC on the entire length of our stay however, the temperature of the room was warm.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.. The staff were friendly and helpful. And Cecilia went above and beyond by texting me to let me know I had left my computer mouse so that I could come back & pick it up before we left town. I will definitely stay here again.

the breakfast was super--warm soft biscuits and gravy and the gravy had sausage in it (excellent!!!) delicious thick pancakes, coffee, and juice and to finish a delicious cinammon roll!

It was super nice and updated. The lady at the front desk was super personable. Breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay.

I wish the bathroom had more lighting and the toilet paper was easier to reach. Silly things but that's all I didn't like.
