Cleanliness, spacious and beautiful room and bathroom, nice appearance, king size bed, efficient and friendly staff, can't say the same about reception but understandable because dealing with some Brazilians every day isn't easy. Great location in front off mall.

being a tall building in a one way street parallel to a major avenue should be easy to get to but is not, more like a guess and in the end entering the wrong way is almost a must; the city should revisit their local traffic planning. Attention to the working hours of their services or you'll miss breakfast, you can´t find the hours inside the room, the only place i saw it was inside the elevator

Super clean, modern, easy and friendly staff, location is great and very comfortable!

They don’t have a coffee station available, and no way to get a simple hot water to make a cup of tea.

Breakfast was good, room was really clean and the staff was great. Easy to get access to the car park and location was really convenient for what I was doing in the city.

The internet was not good enough to hold conference calls steadily, at one time it worked fine at another it was very slow. My room was facing the avenue so the noise was also something that could have been better

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent breakfast with multiple options. The pool is a plus.

Good breakfast with a lot of choice

Although not cheap by local standards, it is a very comfortable and smart hotel with a good breakfast and big rooms. Definitely an upmarket option for a medium-sized city such as Araraquara.

This is not the hotel's fault, but the local traffic layout to get to the hotel is confusing. Do use a Satnav/GPS app to get there, as the one-way street system around the hotel is counter-intuitive.
