Very clean hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Good air conditioning. Really good reception staff ( English speaking). Great shower and well appointed room. Adequate breakfast.

Breakfast could have been better. Could be laid out better as difficult to get to some of the cheeses as they were laid out behind each other with a top cover. Last morning which was a Saturday - although breakfast is advertised from 7-10.30 at weekends. Everything was being cleared away by 10.15! As we arrived just before 10 am, there was no filtered coffee, limited bread, no eggcups. The staff did kindly fetch these items when requested but we shouldn’t really have had to ask. By 10.25 everything had been packed away!

Everything about the hotel was great. All staff were super friendly and kind and willing to help me. Also, the room condition was perfectly clean and it has a heavenly bed. My kids loved the bunk bed. Also, the spa was amazing. They provided turkish baths in the most reasonable price. In Istanbul, it is impossible to get the Turkish bath in the price. One more thing. The breakfast was served with the most fresh and good ingredients during my 20 days - stay in Turkey. My family miss this hotel!

One of the best places my family and me have been to Turkey. Good quality rooms, clean, NO smoking semll (it is rly important!), good service and so on. Young women at reception knows English good.

Parking area is in front of the hotel and it is just a pablic free parking on the street. If you come later night it might be no free places. Also got some problems to park long car (5.2 meters)

Cleanliness

The bathroom is not aired well. Every time I enter the room I needed to run the bathroom vent for at least 20 minutes to get rid of the musty odor. Also I could not find and english based international news channels like CNN or BBC. These were only minor inconveniences that I noticed and I only mention them to help the hotel management to improve their services

Location was good, right next to Panora, so shopping and eating out was very easy. The hotel was clean, with a very nice spa.

Breakfast with a shallow variety of fruit. No ironing board in the room. The wardrobe was small and there are not enough clothes hangers

This is our second stay in this hotel, and it serves our purpose for the proximity of the locations we need to be at in this area. Access to the city center and other surrounding areas were efficient, even in the midst of traffic.

There is nothing we can add in this area because we liked everything.

3 big malls nearby with lots of food options The most comfortable and nicest hotel room in our 2 week trip !
