A magnificent old building renovated into a cozy guesthouse with a few apartments. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the owner, who is very kind and speaks excellent English. During our stay, we were served a delicious and very rich breakfast in the garden. I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable rest while traveling.

The distance from the main road is considerable, but I think it's worth the extra distance to enjoy the comfort and tranquility.

Kindness ,clean room and whole guesthouse, different cosmetics inside , air conditioner, comfortable bed. Big garden where you can take a rest and chill. Good place to visit Udine and Grado for example. Been there for two nights as a transit and visit those places. Dog friendly. Parking place available in front of the building on the grass.

Church bells from 6.30am but I could get used to this. Little choice for breakfast which included two or three croissants, some bread and bread rolls, some slices cold cuts and cheese, cake, yogurt, nuts, fruit, coffee and drinks. Enough but might be better. One day we were surprised with crambled eggs which was nice.

really nice property, it s an old house that was completely restored. very nice garden, very friendly owners and a lovely doggo :) we stayed for 1 night, in tranzit back home from southern italy.

mandatory mention of he church bells waking everybody up at 7 am. it wasn t a problem for us, but not recommended if you want to sleep late in the morning. :)

The place is located in a very small village in the middle of old houses and vineyards, next to the church. Wonderful house and yard, stunning furnishings. Super comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, very clean. Peace and quiet (which we needed after a long, long drive), nice atmosphere, nice family. There are also shops and restaurants a few km away. We had a dog with us, no extra charge. Free parking space in front of the house. We felt like at home - fresh and rested.

This is a hidden gem in northern Italy. It's definitely worth a visit. The region is not very touristy, giving you a lot of opportunity to visit little undiscovered villages. Maria, the owner, was very helpful. She gave us lots of good tips, like where to score great wine. The room fitted the rural scenery. Great shower, good bed and lots of space. Maria takes pride in her breakfast. She makes incredible scrambled eggs. Lovely croissants, etc. In short. Good value for money, great place to chill and discover the region.

Having a car or a different mode of transport is a must to get around this region.

The feeling of the house is superb, nice garden and bathroom, fantastic and enough breakfast, the host was very kind, location was great +++

Everything was ok, bit warm but its depend on the weather but air condition works well, the bell tower ringing some times very hectic but everything was compensate this little thing ( doesnt need alarm clock 😂)

Very nice Fiori di Maggio! The garden is large and beautiful, full of plants. Beautiful flowers and trees! The building has a real Italian and Mediterranean feel inside and out! The room is big and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean! I only had one night but I would love to go back! I received a delicious breakfast and a bottle of cold refreshment upon arrival! The owner is very attentive and a good host!

It was Not!

Great place in an old, well-kept house in a peaceful area. The owner is nice and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. It's a good spot for a transit overnight stay, located fairly close to the highway. An added charm is the 'alarm clock' provided by the bells from a nearby church :)

The room was perfect, modern and clean. The breakfast was Italian special so good. This property I could offer if you travel to somewhere in Italy and do you want to stop one night. Nearly(few km) has a Restaurant which is the most dillishes ever. Thanks everything for the Landlady 😊

Great hosts, very friendly, breakfast was very good, they provided necessary information, all in all excellent choice if you are staying in the Region. And of course, beautiful friendly doggo who likes to play!
