The remote location makes it's easy to reach and park the vehicle. The room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was top notch as well.

The after-hours check in instructions were very unclear and the phone number given wasn't responding besides the automated agent. In the end all I had to do was to speak to the staff in the bar... Also, communication about sauna availability and arrangements before my stay was a little chaotic.

The resort is located in a beautiful and quiet place. The room is well-equipped and clean. The food is varied and of high quality. The price is very reasonable.  Feedback

The hotel is high and on a ridge so every room has a good view. The breakfast buffet was the best I have seen for some time.

One red hair liar who told me that hotel is fully booked (by extending my stay). However I could book my stay on booking.com.

During COVID-19 pandemic very well organised hotel. Check-in, breakfast and Check-out very good. Good parking possibility into the front of the hotel.

Quick check-in. Accommodating our vegan diet, trying to find us a conference room even though they don't have one. Nice view from the rooms. Sauna is available.

No conference room. Pictures show the pool but it was not working. Bad internet. Receptionists are not available until the afternoon. Impossible to reach them over the phone. I forgot an item in the room and of course, no one responded to their phone numbers. The cleaning lady probably just threw my important item away. I called the manager he responded after one day of calling him and he said he will let me know what happened with the item. He never called back.

Great breakfast! Very varied and rich.

No staff and food in the evening. Just quick pizza and such. The bartender did everything so ordering takes a long time and the food service is very very basic. No wonder - The poor guy was not hired as a cook/waiter/bartender/receptionist. The building felt old and the room too. But not good antique old, but … old concrete building… Toilet was moving and overall it wasn’t very clean. Or perhaps it was just the age of things that made them look less clean?
