We stayed in the hotel only for one night and that was amazing. We checkout lately in the night without any problems. Hotel is easy to find, there is a place for parking a car. Hotel inside is very stylish, our room had enough space for 3 of us, you have small fridge, air-conditioning, water... Could not say anything about location as we were on a car and the most important was the hotel itself. Breakfast was the most tastiest during all our staying in Cappadocia!

Think the general problem for all hotels is soundproofing, so you can here all your neighbors in case they are loud.

The hotel has an elegant design with a feeling of a 5 star hotel. It is owned and run with passion by a young married couple. The location was very convenient to us (quiet, easy parking, close to village centre). We were choosing between Goreme and Uchisar and we definitely made a good decision. Our group booked 2 rooms (3 beds, 2 beds) for 2 nights. Both of the rooms as well as bathrooms were super clean with zero signs of smoking (which is a frequent challenge in Turkey). As European, a quilt would be a preferred option instead of a blanket, however, the rooms had a pleasant temperature so no issue afterall. Each room has a terrace with seating which we used for the sunrise balloon watching. Absolute highlight was the authentic, mostly home made cuisine. The breakfast was incredibly delicous, rich and original. I wish we had more time to also experience the meals from their recently opened restaurant. The owner helped us with a 2-day itinerary, arranged ATV 4-wheelers tour for us and gave us a perfect tip for rainy afternoon (Derenkuyu underground city left us speechless - thank you!!!). The overall experience with Soleado hotel just convinced us that we fell in love with Cappadocia. We shall definitely come back if we ever return here.

Kind personnel, good traditional breakfast with groceries from the garden, beautiful buildings, beautiful decor, comfortable, large room. Spotlessly clean place. Laundry for guests for a reasonable price.Very calm place, no noise at night. The landlady even presented us how to prepare the most delicious Turkish tea!

The location is not central, ongoing works in the neighboring area. Still the location is ideal for guests with rented car, because of safe parking place. A few minutes drive from center of Uciscar or Göreme.

A quiet peaceful place, but very close to the all the main sites. The owner is very friendly and helpful. A great base from which to explore if you have a car and don't want the busyness of town. The breakfast was wonderful and having a kettle and fridge really.helps to keep travel costs lower..Town of Uchisar is much smaller than Goreme and we loved it. Goreme is just 5 minutes away by car.

A few more coat hangers in the room would be useful. Just a small suggestion.

Soleado was such a nice experience. This is a small hotel ran by a local family. Şerife and her lovely family will try to do anything to make your experience pleasant and comfortable. She helped us by providing tips and a daily route/plan through the region. She also tried to help us by booking a hot air balloon ride (although we were not lucky because the weather didn't help). Breakfast was such an experience: they offer you several hand made products (bread, jam, spreads, etc) and also products from their own backyard garden. We stayed in a corner room with a large balcony. It was quiet and comfortable. If you want to avoid noise, crowded streets, and you want to have a nice place to rest while touristing through the region, then it's a super nice option.

Not a complaint, but rather a suggestion, maybe having a small cabinet in the room to better store clothes would be a good idea.

Beautiful property, lovely views. The staff were so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and had no issue making phone calls to book things for me. My luggage got lost until my final day so the staff were very kind in offering to help my situation. The breakfast was huge and very fresh. Waking up to see the balloons is a very special memory. To see more up very close I recommended a shuttle, or walk for a little over an hour to love valley. They are still viewable from your room at a distance, there are just a lot more at sunrise.

Soleado is a lovely little hotel which is a perfect base for exploring Cappadocia. Sarife is an incredible host and does everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast each day was delicious. Serife even booked a balloon flight for us at a much cheaper price than we had previously booked.

Everything was good it would be nice to have a small pool to be able to cool off and some more outdoor seating. but those are minor things

I liked the hotel, located in a picturesque place with a panoramic view of the mountains. The room is large, clean, has everything you need. At dawn, from the window there is a view of the balloons taking off. Breakfast in Turkish style - many different small plates with different fillings: olives, vegetables, jam, crackers, cheese. The dear hostess said that they grow some of the vegetables themselves, make jam, and buy cheese from the farm next door. The photo shows the view from the window, without getting out of bed, with a slight camera zoom.

The price is a little high. About 100 euros per night.

This stay was super special. It’s owned by a local family who are just the loveliest people and make you feel like part of their world. The breakfast was exceptional and really well thought through with organic home grown selections. The room was just what you need, a comfy bed and clean space. The location was so peaceful and just a walk away from Uchisar Castle. If you’re staying in Uchisar I would highly recommend!!!

Nothing not to like!

I stayed in 3 diff places in my 4 day stay in Cappadocia, ate at over 20 diff places but nothing compares to the homely feeling and comfort this place provides. It’s all coz of cerife and his teams way of hosting people. I wish I could 100 as rating but that’s not an option. The picture of the room don’t do justice to it. It’s super clean and modernly comfortable. And yeah the best part is the people/hosts here. I have been to all places in Cappadocia which were rated 4.7 etc but almost all felt like overrated. Soleado shouldn’t be rated anything less than 5!

NOTHING but if I have to let people know something to be aware of is that the property is located outside of main central area of goreme. So this property will suit much better either if you like more peace or have a vehicle with you
