We had a wonder stay here. This is a special place with caring and lovely owner Mr & Mrs Ismail and staff like ibrahim and others who are very helpful, attentive and friendly. Even though we didn’t speak any Turkish, they took time to communicate with us and understand our needs. The room was clean and organised, the carpet decorations were adorable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was unbeatable. Such great services all for a very affordable price for budget travellers like us. Thank you for the lovely stay! We won’t hesitate to recommend this place to everyone who’d like to feel they have a little home-feel hotel here :) Also: they have the cutest dog named Strawberry! 🥰

If anything, the water temperature control could be improved :) but overall it wasn’t a big problem for us!

The property is really nice. Everything is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The terrace is incredibly welcoming. Location is quiet. In general the infrastructure is really nice for the price you pay.

The owners don’t speak English. We had many misunderstandings due the language. We would aspect a bit better skills if you work in tourism. They also contacted us to ask to pay again even if we have already paid.

My staying at Aysultan Stone House hotel was excellent and beyond my expectations. This hotel is a family run hotel which was a wonderful experience for me. Unique and great hospitality. The hotel owner and the staff were very courteous and very attentive with all my staying and travel requests and practically, the hotel owner and his family made me feel like being part of their family. The bed is comfortable, room very warm and nice. The hotel is very quiet, very clean, and very safe and I could relax properly. Also, they serve you, at any hour during the day or the night, with Turkish tea, coffee, water. The hotel building is new, the room furniture is beautiful and new. Bathroom is very clean, and bathroom décor is also new. I felt excellent and now I can say I have new friends (the hotel owner and staff) where I can return again for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is very clean, cozy-traditional Turkish decorated, and very quiet. The hotel is also providing airport shuttle. Also, when I needed any travelling arrangements for visiting the historical places or the city shops, they immediately arranged very good transportation for me (good prices and very safe transportation). Overall, the hotel prices are good and affordable. The hotel staff is very helpful, and they treat you with outmost respect and courtesy. I fully recommend this hotel for both single people and for families/couples; this hotel is just perfect! Overall, I recommend to other travelers this wonderful hotel.

All was excellent.

The people were really nice and the services were all really good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The washroom was also pretty good. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to nearby restaurants and shops. The uchisar castle was also at walking distance.

Everything was simply perfect at Aysultan Stone House! The hotel was spotlessly clean, just a short walk from the town center, and they helped us book an amazing hot air balloon tour. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Nice small hotel. Breakfast was generally nice. Heated floor in the room was amazig. Neat to the bus stop.

Breakfast was different according to how full the hotel was. It was pity, because first day it was delicious. The heating wasn't on at the last day, which was pity-after we came from all day long trip from cold, we would definitely appreciate it. On the other hand, before it was on all day and night long, which caused that it was too hot in the room for sleeping.

Everything was ok. Internet was quite good, great place to long stay with working at the room. Administrator was pleasant and polite. Take into account that there are no cafes and restaurants around, the closest is 1km, but the road isok, so it is not hard to go there.

Location near Ortahisar and many shops also restaurants, the staff is nice and speaking English very well
