Staff was amazing. They had great tipps on places to visit, hiking tour, food places. They always make sure everything was good. They took great effort to find us a balloon tour and to serve one of us vegan breakfast, what I'm really greatful for. Breakfast in general was amazing, good food and big amount so you don't need anything till afternoon. The room was beautiful, we had the standard cave room first, then got upgraded for free which was even nicer. Everything was super clean. Beds were comfy. Rooftop offers great views, also of the Uçhisar castle. The staff was so thoughtful and brought us blankets and cushions without us asking for it, when it got cold at night. Its easy to get to Göreme by bus as well and by far nicer to stay in Uçhisar, since it is less busy.

Stayed for 3 nights. Although it felt a bit dull and empty when I arrived, the hotel is really nice. Staff were exceptional and very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us even though some struggled with their English. The breakfast was really nice and one of the only places where we could choose the type of egg we wanted. Their Turkish tea was also really good and breakfast was made in a traditional method. The location was also great and the terrace views for hot air balloon was amazing. They also had a fire pit and sofas with a social space so you could sit and keep warm.

Was a little quiet, we had to change the room because I kept hitting my head on the rocks in the jacuzzi room we had. When getting them to clean the room, it wasn't much clean rather they just made up the room.

The staff were amazing, super sweet, polite and attentive. They mostly spoke no English at all, but always said "You're welcome" to every "Thank you". Borat (the owner) went out of his way for us. He found me an alternative ticket and helped me book flights and transport when my flight was cancelled. We were a big and noisy group but were all very happy with almost every aspect of our stay.

Just little things, more suggestions than criticisms. It would be nice to have a few products in the bathrooms - shower gel, moisturiser, etc. Also, shampoo and conditioner, rather than just a generic shower gel / shampoo all in one. A fan in every room would be nice, especially rooms where you can't open the window. And a basket in the shower to put soap and shampoo etc.

The hospitality in this small but cozy hotel is extraordinary. The owners and staff are all very welcoming and friendly. They answered to all of our needs even for booking an appointment at the hospital. The hotel itself is fairly newly build and therefore all the amenities are still very new. We loved the arched roof and cave design of our room. Plus the rooms are super clean. The breakfast is amazing, prepared by loving staff that was always ready to help. It is safe to say we enjoyed every single minute we spent at Juno :) can highly recommend it to everyone visiting Cappadocia

We spent two nights at this hotel and it had been recommended by friends. The room was very nice,trendy, and clean. The employees and the owner of this hotel were helpful, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious entirely consisting of homemade food and fresh vegetables. Besides they offer a few options. There is a very beautiful roof terrace, a parking lot by the hotel as well as the castle that is two minutes on foot and you can observe there hot air balloons panorama early in the morning. We would not only recommend the place buy come back again! <3 :)

A great sample of amazing hospitality. The hotel is brand new and the atmosphere is beyond reach. Room was great and so clean. They also have great working Wi-Fi as well. All around the staff was so nice and helpful with every tiny detail. Our stay here was just like a dream. Will definitely come back!

The staff/owners were absolutely amazing. Very willing to help with absolutely anything. In a way, that made the experience feel more personalized i didn't feel like just another guest :) The room was well equipped and the daily cleaning was extremely thorough. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Parking was not an issue as well. Would recommend! Especially when considering the price compared to the other options in Uchisar or Goreme.

One thing I didn't like about the room was no bathroom ventilation. The bathroom doesn't have any fan or window, and the bathroom doors are on a sort of spring-hinge, which means they will always automatically close. The result is that the bathroom is very humid after a shower and it's very difficult to get some fresh air in there after it's been used. I wish the bathroom had normal doors so you could just leave them open.

Room was fantastic in a cave, breakfast was very nice and fresh, location was good next to Uchisar castle. Staff were lovely and very helpful, we very much appreciated them.

Limited parking nearby but we managed to find a space on street, ATV tour we booked through hotel would not recommend at all, but the Hammam recommended by hotel was excellent - so do your own research. Could be could more plugs in room - fine beside bed but at TV was only 2 plugs for TV, wifi, kettle and lamp.

The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us with our tour bookings and transport arrangements and our stay went smoothly without any problems. We were also offered a free upgrade to a different room from the one we booked as there was construction going on next to the hotel. The property is very new and less than a year old. The interior of the room is tastefully done and modern. Bathroom size is great and the room was kept warm and cozy as we were there in March during winter. Breakfast was Turkish style and it was fresh and tasty. There are many restaurants and minimarts nearby and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is also an open terrace at the top of the hotel where you can get great views of Uchisar castle.
