The rooms were nice and big...smelled really good...we're fantastic in terms of being clean...location is fine close to a main shopping area so access to food and basic groceries was quite accessible.

The WiFi didn't work and the network had poor receptivity so if you can fall off the grid it might work. Otherwise, it could be an issue....Also I was fasting and at all the hotels that I stayed at they managed a Sahoor for me as Turkey does have a major Muslim population but Woox didn't accommodate till I really insisted so no Sahoor on the first day but the second night they put together a box...

There was nothing i didn't like. Lovely staff, welcoming & kind. The breakfast was so delicious and the staff preparing it were so hospitable. The room was warm and comfy, with a loveky size bath and shower.. I think it would be comfortable in either hot summer or cold winter, thanks to the careful design. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the centre, yet in the most peaceful spot. I loved it.

Nothing. Perhaps a few more non Turkish tv channels, however....i really enjoy having local tv on where i go....it is interesting, even if i don't understand everything being said!

Our stay at Woox Cappadocia was truly unforgettable! The hotel perfectly combines modern luxury with traditional Cappadocian charm. After a long day of exploring, soaking in that beautiful tub felt like such a treat! Speaking of exploring, the hotel’s location is perfect. It’s within walking distance of everything — restaurants, shops, and some of the best viewpoints in the area. We loved how easy it was to get around without needing a car. The breakfast was another standout -- a wide selection of fresh and delicious options that change daily. Even if you stay longer, you won’t get bored of the choices. It felt like a mini feast every morning! The staff was amazing -- warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. And of course, the views are magical, especially in the early morning when the hot air balloons fill the sky. Woox Cappadocia is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. We’ll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

It's in a good location in uchisar just a few minutes walk from the centre which has some good food places and probably around 5-10 mins walk from uchisar castle. Our room was great we had a good size jacuzzi and our own private balcony. Everything was clean and there wasn't much to fault here. Staff were very accommodating too from the moment of entry.

Our stay was great but was ruined by some noisy guests late at night who woke me up 3 times. Thankfully they did pipe it down after we reported to reception. The Jacuzzi was clean and very good size. However the water pressure wasn't great for warm water which meant we had to wait almost around 45 mins to fill it up, like a very slow tap. Also when we actually turned it on for the first time, it had some horrendous egg stench and I'm not sure why that might be, maybe it wasn't used in a while. Didn't use it after that purely due to the time it takes to fill it up. Everything else was great.

The property is really stunning! Very clean and well maintained. Aziz was very responsive with all the queries I asked. The room is very clean, location is great which is near all the restaurants like 1-2 mins walk just around the corner. I was amazed with the room service app that you can order anytime. Breakfast was great! Overall experience all great. They can help you to book your activities and get a discount. But unfortunately I already booked our activities in advance. But would recommend book to them because they will assist you in everything. Overall experience it was great!

Everything was just perfect. We had a 2 weeks trip in different locations from Turkey. All of them were amazing, however accommodation wise, none could match this one. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Large rooms, the largest bathroom I have ever seen 😅 Cleanliness from top to bottom. Amenity kit. Comfortable and large beds. Even the yard is as in the picture. Breakfast was really good and you have a variety of choices. All stuff was very kind and helpful. I have asked for attractions to visit and i've been offered a sticky note written by hand with all top attractions, which we really appreciate and kept it till now 🥹 The location is only 7 minutes by car to Goreme and like 15/20 minutes maximum from the main attractions.

Nicely decorated hotel with an authentic touch. A really enjoyable environment to spend your time off. Relaxing and elegant, especially the Turkish Bath setup in the bathroom.

The shower mixer must have been broken in the room we have stayed. It was impossible to adjust the water to the desired temperature. It was continuously fluctuating between hot and cold. That has spoiled our experience a bit. The main door of the room needs some love as it is not hanged perfectly and cannot be opened and closed nicely.

Very friendly reception staff who couldn't do enough for you. Including Paco the adopted stray kitten.

I am gluten free so I found breakfast very limiting. I feel a few more dishes without onion and garlic added in would be fab. That would give such a guest more choice and allow one to have a hearty breakfast. This definitely needs to be factored in for a guest asking for specific dietary needs. I found this to be the case all over Turkey to be fair. It is not especially condusive for a gluten free diet.Which is a shame as it is a beautiful country!

The property was recently built and everything is brand new. The room is a good size and the bed/pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was also good, maybe I would just add some fresh fruits. You need to rent a car to drive around because the hotel is not situated in Goreme where all the restaurants/shops and attractions are.

It was probably a one time issue, but the shower didn’t have hot water for one afternoon, but the day after it was hot again. I really think it wasn’t the hotel fault. The service also forgot to make us the room, but when we raised the issue they promptly bring us the new stuff that we requested! So all good :)

Extremely elegant property with great breakfast. This place is conveniently located in Uchisar, making it close to good food joints, hot air balloon take-off/landing areas and several valleys in Cappadocia. The terrace has a beautiful view of the Uchisar castle and a swing chair to enjoy it from. The staff is very hospitable and always available to make your stay comfortable and memorable. If I ever return to Cappadocia, this place would be my goto.
