The B&B is beautiful. Very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. My room was delightful with a marble bathroom and jacuzzi. I wish I could have stayed longer but was just passing through on my way to Assisi. A hidden gem!

The only issue I had was that GPS told me I had arrived at the first sign of the B&B which was a sign to continue driving onwards for about half a kilometre. The road became a dirt track with lots of stones, some quite big which my car didn't like! Apart from that hiccup everything was perfect and I would recommend it to everyone.

THE BEST PROPERTY EVER! Beautiful views, a super nice pool available for use, family owned and everyone extremely nice and ready to help with anything! The room was super clean and comfy, air conditioner great, and it had a fridge on site that you could by drinks for a extremely low price, extremely handy! The family let coffee and fresh fruits available all the time too. Best experience ever, I can’t recommend enough! The price was amazing for 3 persons and including breakfast! Thank you very much for the great time!

Nothing, everything perfect!!

The setting on top of a country hill was charming. The room let out onto a lovely terrace with comfortable patio furniture. Villiam was a great host and the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast was delicious.

The access road was blocked when we needed to leave. We tried alternate routes marked on google maps but none worked. Luckily Villiam lead us down a back country lane to the main road.

Lovely villa, fantastic location with beautiful views. Free parking. Great breakfast. Quiet pool, with views over the rolling countryside. Large room and bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Pretty much heaven! It is in the middle of nowhere, which was perfect for us. There is nowhere to eat , but Narni is a few KM's away, short drive and a beautiful village with plenty of restaurants.

The place is surrounded by great views and nature. Facilities are basic but clean and useful, the staff was welcoming although they are not speaking English

Breakfast was basic, based mostly on dry / sweet food. I would add eggs, tomatoes, and creamy cheese to make it better. Also, it was cold at night with no warm blanket or anyone to ask for one (no contact information)

The upper apartment accessibility is a bit complicated regardless of the size of the bags. in addition if you are tall (1.90) the shower height is challenging

Bright, clean and comfortable accommodation with a decent breakfast supplied in the morning. Courteous and obliging host who tries hard to make one feel at home.

Somewhat challenging to find the property if arriving late on a dark night - the lack of clear signage at a critical fork in the road leads to considerable confusion.

Very nice property on top of hill with a refreshing pool. The host is an acrobatic pilot this the name. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is on top of a hill so you have to go up pretty high to get there.

The location was great, quiet and with great views of the surrounding hills. Nice outside area with old olive trees, pool, comfortable outside area where you can have breakfast or dinner and relax. Inside dining area a bit small but good enough. Breakfast area well stocked with good selection both for adults and kids. We liked that you could make yourself a cup of tea or coffee on arrival, well stocked fridge with water and drinks.

We stayed in two different rooms on two different occasions. The first room is their biggest and it was great, apart from the fact that you had to climb up a spiral staircase enclosed in a very small space that made it difficult to carry baggage up and down. Once you are in, it's fine. The second room was great and even had a jacuzzi. Both rooms big and airy, lots of light and comfy beds.
