This charming and well-located property sits up almost at the top of Amelia’s Centro Storico. There is good parking very nearby, and walking access to the entire historic walled city. It is sloped, of course, so bring good walking shoes. The generously sized rooms are wonderfully whimsical with delightful use of colour and ethnic charm, the beds are large and comfortable, and there is a well-appointed shared kitchen for the guests. The owner, Silvia, is warm and welcoming. This property is excellent value, and I highly recommend a stay here.

Spacious room, new bathroom with big shower and window, good heating which was great for the stay during winter, comfortable bed, huge kitchen and extremely well equipped. The owner is super friendly

Lovely house, the room and facilities was comfortable and decorated in a tasteful and unique way, and the location was perfect for exploring Amelia.

Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and beautiful terrace! Owner is super friendly and was really flexible for a later check out and luggage storage, including safe place inside for bicycle throughout my stay.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, lovely host. We had a great time.
We were the only guests, but it seems that if the other room was occupied it could lack a sense of privacy (the room door opens straight into the little communal kitchen and dining room)

This place is great in just so many ways -- a pristine form of eclectic, like the old town of Amelia itself. It's almost a bit off that it is also very clean and orderly.
