Overall it was a great experience ! We stayed with my family and we really enjoyed our visit at Hyatt. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the view was very nice, the pool in fact is a bit narrow but when not crowded there's plenty space for everyone. Breakfast was excellent, security personnel at the hotel was very kind and attentive. Definitely worth the stay.

Fridge in room didn't work well, so we couldn't keep our water cold and during our visit there was only one elevator available for the rooms since the other one was under maintenance so we had to wait a bit each time entering - exiting.

Location is great. Comfy beds and pillows. Great breakfast and very nice pool.

The problem I had was at the time I booked. It was a double bedroom and it came up being a room for disabled people. It was awful, creepy. Pleasantly enough the customer service agent at the hotel was very kind enough to change the room but told us every time someone books with them through booking. People end up with tis type of rooms that are horrendous so be careful with this detail. It was the first time something like this has happened to me with booking.

Stayed here for one night to catch a late afternoon flight out of SAP. European family with 2 young kids. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and facilities feel new and bright and all feels safe. The highlight was the pizza made in front of us on an Ooni pizza oven at the pool bar. The chef and the guy working the pool bar both did great! It was busy but they did it all with a smile. Room was closest to the elevator, but we didn’t hear a thing at night and had a good sleept. Nice view over the city. All staff was very friendly and spoke English well!

The pool is not as big as I had imagined and on Sunday morning it got quite full with families.

Clean modern rooms with free water, coffee machine, fridge, toiletries and a good maid service. Breakfast is an extensive buffet with lots of choice. Staff very warm, welcoming and attentive.

The photos of the pool area are a bit misleading as the pool and surrounding is very small and fills up very quickly. If the hotel is busy, there are very few outside areas to relax.

The hotel has modern and beautiful amenities with a great living space on the lobby, a nice pool, and fantastic breakfast in the morning that was included in our room fee.

While I nderstand the security reasons to not allow guests in different floors besides theirs this was a challenge given we were a massive group there for a wedding. in this case it would be useful to have all guests part of a bigger group be placed in the same floor as this added a lot of extra time having to come to the lobby to ask for access to a floor. this of course is only of issue if you’re travelling as a group.

Very nice decore reception was friendly and courteous very pretty place,rooms were fantastic specious super clean and comfortable.

The one thing i did not like was at the bar there were to many little fruit mosquitos flying around while sitting and eating but besides that everything was great.

It would help if you improved the portion at dinner time. I travel a lot, and I have eaten in Michelin restaurants in South America, Peru such as Central and they give three times as much portion.

I could not find anything that would qualify as dislike, but the restaurant at night, Breakfast is spectacular

Very well located. Nearby to all our points of interest. Underground parking and felt very secure.

On my second night there was a small roach on the inside of the cabinet that has the fridge inside. Also on the shower curtain there was a huge bugger and a weird looking hair on the bed the first day we checked in.

The breakfast was amazing! I think the location seemed very good based off approximations from a past trip, but we were coming from La Ceiba for an overnight before going to the airport, so our primary concern was convenience and safety, and it gave us both!

There was nothing that could have been better. We liked the hotel, the parking was easy, the food was good, the drive back to the airport was convenient.

Breakfast was a very good one, with friendly staff, clean facilities, free parking, a good location, and responsive staff, the room has a nice view of the city, the pool, and the terrace also with a nice view.

The air-conditioned in the room had an annoying sound that need to be fixed, minor detail if you are detailed person.
