This location offers a peaceful atmosphere and features a friendly staff, making it a convenient option for travelers, especially given its proximity to the airport. This is particularly beneficial for relaxing after long flights. Most staff members are proficient in English, which enhances communication when seeking information or assistance. Although my stay was brief, it was a pleasant experience overall. (Uber and Bolt are also available from the hotel)

The noise from the door made it difficult for me to sleep. It seems like there may have been a rush of people, but it would really help if there were measures in place to minimize the sound at 5 am. A solution to dampen the noise would greatly improve the experience for everyone.

Everything appeared same as was seen online. The room also had a fan which I found really helpful. There’s a microwave at the lobby should you need one. Tea, coffee and water also can be found there. I did read lots of reviews which also helped to spot this. There were so many spots to sit out and play games. The location is in a business area which wasn’t a problem for me as there’s a good transport system to get into the city. So if you’re on a budget and not keen on somewhere very fancy then this is the perfect place.

Maybe a little bit of a restaurant menu in the room will be ideal.

Very convenient to the airport with free shuttle. No frills but clean, comfortable, quiet room. Others have complained about small rooms but ours was actually quite large with a balcony. Great value for the money, especially for a short stay to access the airport.

Good breakfast with standard buffet, but lunch/dinner options are limited. No nearby restaurants so this is fine if all you want is sandwiches/pizza/snacks or a very limited dinner buffet. We had a large lunch before arriving so pizza was fine, but don’t expect to have many options even though the hotel indicates they have a ‘restaurant’.

Lovely quiet place with nice atmosphere. I liked the decor, the place is quite cosy. Good breakfast with wide range of options. The free shuttle was handy and punctual. It takes 5mins to get to the hotel from the airport, which is great. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed (bathroom with a hairdrier, desk).

Very loud noise from the planes, they are quite frequent. The noise was keeping me awake, and waking me up when I fell asleep. Also noise from the nearby motorway, but the planes were far worse. Bring earplugs. I was previously staying in the Måby Hotel, which is not far, but the noise from the planes was nowhere this loud. Also the pillow was too thick, it was hard to sleep on it. It was very hard to get a few hours of sleep.

The beds are very comfortable, the decoration is relaxing and (not too many colours). It has everything one needs to relax and from the cleaners to the managers, there was a feeling of welcoming. I have written before ,Danielle and Mr. Kent offered excellent customer service and it was the reason I extended my stay, because they made me feel at home.

One person at the hotel still could benefit of learning a bit of customer service politeness. On the night before I left (after 18:00 I have for the 1st time experienced dissatisfaction with a female staff at the reception. Unfortunately, I've met the same person again yesterday (at 15 when I had to leave). I've checked out before 10 am but needed to wait at the reception and everything I asked a question, I was met with unusual remarks as if I were a burden. It's therefore, I am giving the staff a 9, instead of a 10. I believe that it could be improved. Customer Service can be learned.

The airport is great but Aiden hotel is greater. I have been in 4 and 5 stars hotels around the world, I never expected to stay more than one night at an airport hotel. Yet, Aiden hotel is excellent, quiet, beautiful, simple as a business hotel should be but comfortable as a lovely home. The professional approach and friendliness of Aiden's staff is at a 5stars level. I had the best welcoming ever at midnight. The gentleman that received me, I really need to know his name to thank him personally. In the morning, Danielle's service mind is of a first world class! She smiles and focus on making the guests lives easier. She facilitated my new booking as I decided to stay longer. She also convinced me to visit a great village nearby, Storagatan, a paradise by a beautiful, ydilical lake. Vibrant, colorful houses and a real Scandinavian atmosphere reminding me of beautiful Norway in Sweden with great, cosmopolitan, Swedish hospitality. The charming and comfortable beds, decoration, excellent location, the breakfast, the people make of this hotel great. Aiden is evidence, a 5 stars hotel isn't always the most expensive.

That I couldn't book it for a whole month. It's cl8se to nature, airport and the amazing Stockholm city.

Convenient for the airport with a free shuttle bus.

Considerable change for the worse since the change over. Rooms not checked properly for faulty light bulbs. Being a regular business traveller I do not like the chesp and tacky advertising hoarding and particularly the tasteless inappropriate American teenage slang used to give what is simple factual information about the shuttle bus times. The cosy comfortable TV viewing corner of sofas has been removed and large hard tables now block access to the TV. The atmosphere has declined greatly and does not appeal to professional people as before. Having found this convenient hotel I had become a regular client but am not happy with the badly thought out changes. It is also in need of some repair as rooms are showing signs of wear and tear.

I like the cleanliness, convenience, and feel safe.

Some staff members seemed unmotivated to work, spending more time chatting with each other than attending to guests. They were inattentive and spoke in a rehearsed manner, lacking genuine engagement. It felt as if they had forgotten that customers are the ones who pay their salaries. If they fail to make a good first impression, there is no reason for us to return. (In terms of service, they failed.) However, not all staff were like this. The group I encountered at times had service issues, but another group performed their duties very well. I stayed at this hotel twice within a short period and had completely different experiences each time.

Communication from the hotel was outstanding keeping me informed regarding my arrival, bus timings and check in process. The shuttle bus arrived on the exact time I was told, at the correct location and transfer to the hotel was extremely quick and easy. Check in process was simple. Room was extremely quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and checkout was a breeze, with the bus transfer to the terminal again arriving at the exact time I was told. Highly recommended this hotel for a quick night stop before travels.

I like the free coffee and tea available at all times. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is spotless, close to the airport, and the atmosphere is peaceful and not crowded.

Breakfast: Limited choices. Dinner buffet: Few options and not worth the price. Some receptionists are not very attentive and do not check the room before check-in. For example, I was given a key to a room that had not been cleaned yet. On days when there are not many guests, rooms should be properly checked before allowing guests to check in. This is a serious flaw in the room management system.
