The location -inside the airport itself- is super convenient for a long layover or before an early flight. The facilities (fitness center, pool, sauna, luggage room) were great and the breakfast had plenty of options. The mattress and pillows were quite comfortable. Staff was very courteous and greeted everyone with a smile.

The bed cover had visible stains, but everything else was clean. Check-in time is rather late (3 pm) and strictly enforced, unless you pay an extra fee. The satellite TV had a very limited channel selection available (one channel in English and about a dozen in Swedish).

Good location close to the airport terminals. Room was fine if a little small. Nice bathroom and a good shower. WiFi worked well and the room was quiet' Happy also with the breakfast, good selection.

Given how expensive rooms are at this hotel, I would have thought bottled water could be provided. Hotel appears to be interested in selling you upgrades etc, I had five identical messages about this. Tea and coffee hidden in a cupboard where you hang your coat! No useful information about getting from the car hire return centre to the hotel, providing that is customer service. Sadly seems only interested in making money.

Amazing hotel, modern and well decorated, clean, with a pool, sauna, gym and great breakfast. Located inside the airport, so very convenient for early or late flights.

Nothing really but if I need to say something I would have preferred more choice of teas in the room, while there was only green tea. The pool was fun but outdoors so pretty cold to get into it (in the winter). The saunas are separated for men and women so I couldn't go together with my partner. This is pretty common in a lot of places and countries tho, but maybe they could have some time slots in which couples can use it together.

Breakfast was european + english - excellent combo and lots of choice, thanks! Room - quiet, clean, easy to find, comfortable, washing stuff provided. Complimentary water would have been nice. Location - excellent compared to the terminal, not very easy to find - you could use a bit more signs and maybe add a note on googlemap that there's a short route through the terminal of 150-200m and no going around for 1.2km.

Better signage would be useful. Payment options through booking.com - there is an option to pay online immediately or pay on registering but when you actually select pay on registration, it doesn't let you use that option, only pay now option. Free water in the room would have been nice.

This was a great place for a stopover, basically inside the airport. The breakfast is amazing and opens at 4am so if you have an early flight it's definitely doable. There is a trampoline/play room for kids right next to breakfast so your kids can let out all the pent up energy from being on a long flight. The pool is very nice, small, but not crowded and heated enough to be comfortable when it was chilly out. Nice sauna and fitness area. Everything in the hotel felt well thought out and well placed. The staff was really nice and gave us access to the pool before check-in which was amazing given we arrived early in the day. We thought we'd go into Stockholm for a bit, but the hotel was so nice we decided to just hang out there and relax. There was a nice hiking trail around the airport that the staff let us know about that took us to a lake and runway observation spot. So we felt like we got out into nature a bit even though we were basically still at the airport. Hotel room was comfortable, the bathroom had a nice dimmer switch and we slept well.

If I were to choose a few details to upgrade: pillow selection could be upgraded, they were comfortable enough but could have had a medium size one pillow too instead of just a big and small, shower could be better separated from the rest of the bathroom, and the trashcan could have a foot pedal. But the room was really comfortable and I consider this basically nitpicking.

Nice spacious family room with a sliding door between the large double bed and the sofa bed and small kitchenette area. The room was very clean and had a coffee maker and a table too. We found the beds very comfortable and the pillows were huge! Reception staff member was very friendly. The hotel was accessed via the shopping level 1-2 minutes walk from the terminal 5 luggage claim area

As we arrived on a late flight, we didn’t make it to the breakfast as it finished at 9.30am. We thought this was quite early but to be fair, breakfast started at 4am!

The hotel is very comfortable as you enter it in the airport - perfect for early flights! The breakfast was very good, too with different options. We got the room with an amazing view and could watch how planes landed!

I can't say it was very clean - in the corridor the carpets aren't clean and the glasses in the room don't create a good attitude to use them - they are too old and it feels like they 're dirty or clean (just old I guess). It's quite expensive. The bed wasn't comfortable for me, felt too soft (but it depends on what you like)

Check in was super easy and staff was happy and friendly! They answered any questions we might have had. The room was cozy, quiet, and clean. Water pressure in the shower and the toiletries were quality stuff! I wish we could have stayed long enough to check out the pool and the gym, and I will definitely be back. Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from, and something for everyone in the spread.

If I had to complain about anything, the prices would be the thing. 42 kronor for a pepsi in the minibar, which I guess isn't the steepest minibar prices I've encountered - but its up there. We only stayed for one night, and for using the room for only 7 hours, the price for one night is sort of steep.

The property is very conveniently located in the airport that you don’t even have to leave the terminal. Sign posted excellently. Staff incredibly friendly and so helpful. Very easy to check in and check out. Fabulous room - very large and modern. Completely soundproof I did not hear a single plane take off or land. Very happy with the stay and would 100% recommend!!!

One small teeny tiny issue I had was with the breakfast - not a huge amount of choice regarding eggs. But for a person who normally doesn’t eat breakfast anyway - this was such a minor issue that it really doesn’t even warrant bringing down the rating of 10/10. Breakfast did however offer plenty of choice of delicious fruit and pastries. And a huge selection of cold cuts and variety of cheeses and bread for sandwiches.

Stayed there 3 nights for a short visit in Stockholm, the hotel is very well situated right inside the Terminal 5, 3-5 minutes walk from Arlanda Express (which takes only 18 minutes to/from Stockholm city centre) as well as 3-5 minutes walk to the departure check-in counters. Even though the hotel is right inside the airport, the room is very well sound-proof, no noise from either outside the window or hallway AT ALL. Very impressive. The staff and facilities are as well lovely, the wellness is fully equipped with high-quality gym equipments, sauna, and heated pool. Will surely be back for the next visit to Stockholm.

Just a small point that the hotel does not provide bathrobe and slippers inside the room, it is understandable for a 1-night come and go, but it might be nice to set up for guests who are staying more than 1 night as they will certainly use them to enjoy the hotel’s nice facilities.
