I chose the Comfort Hotel as a budget option handy to the airport: the experience was absolutely outstanding! Scandi minimalism with novel touches like a window-side chaise lounge, a useable desk, and a very comfortable bed (with a duvet that looked far too thin to do anything but kept me lovely and warm). The bathroom is a sensible wetroom and a good shower. The minimalist wardrobes might be too simple for those with a lot of luggage, but there is enough hanging space for the basics. It was also lovely and quiet. I didn't realise my rate included breakfast, so that was a nice surprise. And it's a very good breakfast, and plenty of food options and seating space (despite being quite busy). It's also a short walk from the terminals, with only a short section outside.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

Early breakfast before 5am (5:30?) has no warm food (only boiled eggs), but understandable for that early time. No electric kettle, fridge in the room. (no free coffee either - needed to join their membership) Could've had a better (stronger) hair dryer. This hotel is at the airport but not inside the airport building - still very close to the airport, but you need to go through the outside (but only just a couple of minutes)

Newly renovated and very nice facilities, it was modern, nice looking and clean. It was quick and easy to self-check in by using a computer in the reception, but there were staff by the front desk that were available for help if it was necessary. Located right outside Skycity, five minutes walk from the security check, which was comfortable when the flight was very early in the morning. Breakfast was pretty standard but they had a big variety of dairy free options which isn't very common. That was a big plus! I definitely recommend staying here if your trip requires an overlay or an early flight in the morning.

5 min walk to Arlanda terminal 5, which was perfect. My room was on the first floor facing the main road out of the airport complex, but I heard absolutely nothing from the outside and barely anything from my neighbours/the hallway - I've never stayed in such a quiet hotel before! The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning worked well to cool the room. Also loved that I could stream Netflix etc. from my phone to the TV.

The shower flooded the bathroom pretty quickly and it stayed wet for a while before draining. A tea/coffee maker in the room would have been great, slippers also. All in all, minor things that wouldn't stop me from staying again!

The location was extremely convenient, the room was spacious and clean and the cold breakfast selection was impressive (and served from 3 am). We had an early flight so had to grab a quick breakfast but there was some lovely breads, cheeses, fresh croissant and decent fruit juices. Overall it was excellent value for money.

The width of the duvet was only about three quarters the width of the bed which was a little unusual. Luckily, because we were staying in the summer it was not absolutely necessary but I imagine that in winter, couples might end up fighting to cover themselves with it.

The stay was fine. However, there is an issue that I would like you to help me with. When I was booking this trip's flights and accommodation via your website, I inadvertently booked the same dates 9-10th for two different hotels, one in Arlanda (Comfort) and one in Hyvinkää (Scandic). When I realised the error, I tried fixing it by attempting to call the hotel. All my calls remained unanswered, In the end I had no option but to make a second booking for the Comfort hotel. I ended up paying another 134 euro for the night. Can you consider refunding the amount I paid in the first booking?

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious – we booked the XXL room, which could comfortably fit 8 people, and it was more than enough space for the 5 of us. The two bathrooms were a huge plus, making things super convenient. The hotel’s location is perfect, especially if you have an early morning flight like we did – it’s very close to the airport and easy to access. The breakfast was awesome on the first morning, with plenty of options. However, when we left at 4:30 AM for our early morning flight, the options were a bit more limited. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it!

Our choice of hotel when we have a very early or late flight and need to stay at the Arlanda airport. The hotel is fresh, modern and has a nice Scandinavian vibe. Spacious rooms and spacious, modern common areas. We had dinner at the hotel which was also quite good. The great thing is that you are right next to the airport building so once you're at the hotel you just walk to your terminal. Also, it's really nice they've thought about breakfast for those catching an early flight: the breakfast buffet starts at 3am, and if you need to leave even earlier you can pre-request a breakfast pack to go!

It took a while to understand how to walk to the hotel from the bus stop, would be good to have a map on the hotel's website that shows how you have to go through the main airport building between the terminals. Once you are there, it's super easy and you only need to walk outdoors for a few seconds. From the hotel it's very easy to walk to the airport building, it's just right across. Also, even though I suppose most people stay for one night, a safe would be good to have in the room.

The check-in process was quick and easy, with plenty self check-in terminals available in the foyer. The hotel was spacious and clean throughout and the rooms were a very generous size, with all the required amenities. I liked that the elevators require your key card before they move to the room floors - a simple but effective security measure, that makes a lone traveler feel a bit safer. The breakfast starts nice and early (perfect for an early flight) and has a huge selection available - something for every palate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The perfect location for an overnight before an early flight.

There is a spacious bar/restaurant area on the ground floor with a good selection of food and drink. Orders can be placed at the bar or via a website, with a text message sent to advise when food is ready for collection. As a lone traveler it is not ideal to have to leave your table unattended to collect food/drinks, as there is nobody to watch your table and/or things. In my case the text message failed to come through, so my food was sitting for quite a while before I collected it (a technical glitch that the staff apologised for). I would recommend an app or website, but with delivery to the table if possible.

Located close to terminal no need in transport walking distance. The breakfast was not bad. Stuff is very friendly and prompt. Room is very nice designed and also comfortable. That coach on the window is charming.

For the breakfast: hot items should be hotter a bit. No sugarless sweeteners available also no dessert. Tables should be clean. Except that breakfast is good. Regarding the room - I missed option to have a coffee or tea inside. The bathroom should be cleaned better - I had some hair on the wall.
