I really enjoyed my stay. The self-check-in was helpful as the staffing was minimal late in the day. The room was a bit of a walk to another wing of the hotel. I was pleased to see a comfortable sitting chair, 2 twin beds and a large bathroom. There was ample space to put luggage. I slept very well and enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and a short ride to the airport. Definitely plan to be at the pickup point early to make sure there is room to get on. I highly recommend this hotel for the night before departure from Arlanda.

The shuttle driver doesn't help with bags, which would be hard for some travelers.

A very convenient "airport hotel", very close to Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Upon arrival I found out my room was upgraded - basically had more space which is always nice I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport + free breakfast + facilities such as the gym The gym is well equipped and spacious, breakfast was very nice (had veggies which is a must for me) and it has a shuttle that brought me to terminal 4, a walk from terminal 5 I payed a decent price for Sweden

The hotel's shuttle does not reach terminal 5 of the Stockholm Arlanda Airport, which was my destination (as with most international flights). it's in a remote area - completely detached from the city. it's a good choice for people who want to remain close to the airport without compensating for price or comfort

The room was modern, big and clean. The staff were lovely, the gentleman in the reception and the staff working during breakfast. The breakfast was also really good. The free shuttle service was handy and you didn't need to book in advance but just show up at the bus stop.

For being a 4 star hotel I thought it was very strange to only have a dispenser attached to the wall in the shower with a liquid you were supposed to use for both body and hair. The shower pressure wasn't great either and the water temperature wasn't stable. However, for one night with one shower it wasn't the end of the world.

Great place for comfort, convenience, shuttle, and excellent breakfast. Staff was welcoming.

The shuttle from the airport stops first at Aiden Hotel. The driver offered no information about where we were. We got off there, in the dark, not knowing anything about the area. The desk clerk at the wrong hotel tried to catch him but we ended up having to wait another 30 minutes prior to finally reaching the Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO.

The kids love the bunk beds and breakfast is great

When the shuttle picked us up at the airport it was obvious the whole group of people waiting weren’t going to fit. But the driver made no attempt to help the hustle and/or limit the passengers squeezed in standing up. It would have been better if he’d said either “no standing passengers, another shuttle will come get the rest of you shortly” or “go ahead and jam in!” Now it was just a sort of awkward and stressful experience with some people acting up.

Room is nicely designed, enough space for two people. Breakfast was amazing!!! Didn’t expect the variety of food laid out. Staff were all polite and friendly. Loved that they offer free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Didn’t know that they have a no-cleaning policy or something like that. Though we saw that we can request. On the first day of our stay, we noticed that the trash in our room was not disposed so we had a full trash even before we used the bathroom.

Good location for our business interests, comfortable twin beds, clean and quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle bus from and to Arlanda airport, covenient hours for breakfast (plenty of delicious food).

No fridge in the room. The ventilation system, although quiet, is disturbing over night and cannot be adjusted from the room. Instead you can ask the receptionist to put it on stand-by mode and it's ok then.

Breakfast was amazing, convenience to the airport was very helpful, comfortable, good amenities, very clean. Would definitely stay again next time I need a place to stay prior to a flight in Stockholm.

Everything was pretty great. Not much happening in the surrounding area, but that wasn't my goal for this, and transportation into Stockholm was pretty easy.

Excellent choice when you have to catch an early flight from Arlanda. Even though there are other choices right next to the terminal, the Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO offers free bus transfer every 30 minutes and lower rates than the airport hotels. Good breakfast, although the warm dishes aren't served before 06:00, so early birds miss out!

Room was extremely clean and comfortable, felt more luxurious than expected for the low cost, I had to leave early in the morning for a flight and only had access to cold breakfast buffet but this was amazing and had way more variety than was implied in the communication with hotel (was told that I could only get a breakfast bag to-go)
