We had a wonderful stay at these boutique villas on Karpathos. The owner, Maria, was incredibly kind and helpful, she gave us many great recommendations that made our stay even better. We also want to compliment the cleaning staff, both cleaners were outstanding. They did their job with excellence, and were always friendly and smiling. Thanks to them, everything was spotless throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere by the pool was perfect, and the whole place had a warm and welcoming vibe. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return!

This property was so far beyond what we expected. Maria and her team were unbelievably kind and considerate, they were such a highlight of the stay. The facilities were immaculately maintained and the location was a short 10-15 minute walk from the town centre and the beach. As a result of some of the rooms having private pools we had the main pool to ourselves a lot of the time which was a bonus.

My only issue was we couldn’t figure out how to turn out fridge down so it kept freezing things. However we kept forgetting to ask about this so I imagine it would have been fixed as the staff were so attentive.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best experience ever!! Maria was so lovely and helpful, no request was too much. She gave us some amazing recommendations of where to visit and she was so right!! The beaches are stunning and the towns are so pretty. Definitely worth renting a car to have a look at the whole island. The room was stunning and clean, and breakfast every day was amazing. It's definitely the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. It's a short walk from the town so perfect location, lots of lovely restaurants nearby and shops so we could cook if we didn't want to go out which we did. The whole experience was perfect and we will be back again!!

We stayed at Arkasa Palace for our one-week “baby moon” and couldn’t be happier about our choice. We loved our spacious and quiet room. The breakfast was great and rich and lovely Maria made our stay particularly comfortable and smooth (she helped us rent a car directly from the airport for a good price prior to our stay). Last but not least, the village of Arkasa was a great choice compared to Pigadia or Amoopi: quiet and authentic, with plenty of lovely and traditional restaurants, yet at good driving distance to the some of the best beaches on the island.

The property is beautiful. Everything looked just like in the pictures. Our room was cosy and well equiped with bathrobes and shower supplies and got cleaned every day. The place is a short 15 min. walk to St. Nikolas beach and a 10 min. walk to center street of the town. Including a nice cocktail bar nearby! But what truly made this place special was Maria and her family(in-law). They were so welcoming, kind, caring and would be there whenever we needed it! Highly recommend staying here if you enjoy quiet, good food, and relaxing!

We had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, with warm and personal attention. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh, high-quality ingredients every morning. The entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and every detail was taken care of with care. Whether it was help at the front desk, room service, or just friendly advice – everything was done with a smile. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We‘ve booked the Grand Suite with a small private Pool. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff is extraordinary friendly, which makes the stay Even more Beautiful. The breakfast is always fresh made and you can choose between varying dishes. From The Main Pool you have a great view to the sea. The Hotel is near Arkasa, which is a Nice small town and some Restaurants are reachable within few minutes of walking. I strongly recommend to Rent a Car, otherwise you are Not able to Explore Karpathos easily. All in all we had a great stay there.

Just Minor things: - Not much Space to hang our towels and on our balcony there was no umbrella, so be prepared of sunny evenings. - the variety at the breakfast could be higher. If you stay longer than 7 days you may get saturated by the Daily offered dishes. As mentioned, these are just Minor things and I only can recommend to come to this beautiful Hotel.

Beautiful & tasteful accommodation outside a small town The host family are remarkable people who make each & every guest very welcome Nothing is too much trouble & they are positive & pleasant whenever you interact with them There is a wide range of suites available, even the smallest one is spacious, light & comfortable The pool is well-maintained & a swimming beach is close to the property Would recommend hiring a car as the island is attractive to discover & public transport is limited.

Not really suitable for self catering. Didnt have the basics. No bowls to have a cereal for breakfast??? No where to hang clothes to dry only tiny rope on balcony. A clothes airer outside on balcony would have been very helpful. No dish cloth etc. Having said that our ferry was cancelled a d we had to stay an extra night and it was no problem. Also the room was cleaned every day and fresh linen and towels provided

The establishment was awesome! The villas were great, very well done, and great layout of the rooms. The staff was really nice and Maria was a great host and helpful with all our questions. Really good location, with great views and a short walk from the center of Arkasa. One of the best places my family and I have stayed during our various vacations of the Greek Isles over the years.
