The hotel has done a lot of beautiful renovations comparing to the pictures you see. For us we loved every single part of the hotel. It is about a 20 min walk to Girona town centre but we didn’t mind, we loved the walk. The staff will order you a taxi too no problem. We missed our flight back and decided to come back to the hotel and see if there was a room available, the lovely gentleman remembered us, we were able to get the same room back and made the most of the extra day we had. thank you to the gentleman at the reception who was so great at looking after us. This hotel deserves to be more than a 3*. Girona is beautiful, this hotel took me by surprise and we loved every moment of our stay here. Thanks to the wonderful staff and hope to be back soon:)

The hotel has a really warm and comfortable feel as soon as you walk in. The lounge areas are very comfortable with an honesty bar that was well stocked and reasonably priced. We had our dogs with us and although we were unable to take them into the restaurant we were able to book a table in the bar area and were served there for dinner. The food at the restaurant was extremely good and very well priced too. The bedroom was well decorated and very comfortable with Rituals amenities in the bathroom. The parking was secure too and was free to park. I would definitely stay here again.

The only negative comment I can give is purely the location as it is quite a walk into the city centre. It probably takes approx 30 to 40 mins to walk in depending on how fast you walk.

We liked everything. Breakfast was excellent - huge variety - eggs, bacon, sausage. Pancakes and cereal, lots of breads. It was really good value too and you could have as much as you wanted. The staff were great and if there wasn't something there they got it for you immediately. Also reception staff were brilliant, called taxis' for us, booked restaurants, recommended things for us to do really made our stay. The honesty bar was fantastic - no waiting for servers to come to you - just get what you want when you want it and it was not too expensive for a hotel - in line with local bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent hotel, beautifully decorated and clean. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Breakfast was a gorgeous buffet of hot and cold options the most delicious Apple cake I have eaten! We had dinner one night and it was excellent quality and choice. There was a small gym/sauna and it had everything I needed to work out. The pool was perfect for a dip after a long day exploring. The rooms were newly done up and were tastefully decorated and comfortable with excellent air conditioning and sound proofing. It’s about a 15 min walk into the Cathedral there is also a bus L2 that goes from outside the hospital across the road. I wish we had stayed another night!!

So much better than expected. Definitely a 4 star hotel. Staff were brilliant. Really enjoyed our stay and will 100% be back. Bike storage was the best I've ever seen with your own little lock up. We decided to stay an extra couple of days and the hotel staff were very accommodating. The outdoor space and pool are very peaceful, just what you need after a long ride. We actually enjoyed the 20 min walk into the town, never felt like a chore. Worth mentioning that the restaurant is also excellent so you don't have to go out every night.

The staff at the reception were super helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is varied and good quality and the hotel’s restaurant serves nice dinners. The location is very convenient - just outside the city centre (walking distance)

Pretty much everything was great. There is some noise of water running through the pipes when people in the adjacent rooms use the bathroom but otherwise the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Clean - smelled good all over the property. Soothing - the decor, music, quiet. Value - breakfast AND parking included for free, and these two things were important for us this trip. Facilities - they had a gym and a sauna AND a hot tub, and during summer, they even have a pool. Three different comfy lobby seating areas.

Not a dislike, just a note: Although it was perfect for us, it is of course not right in the center of the old town, if that is what people want. It is a short (10-15 min) walk to the action of the town.

What a great hotel. The welcome from walking in the door was great, the man on reception was super helpful with anything we needed. We booked a double room and the design, quality and cleanliness was far beyond rooms we've stayed in at three times the price! The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was great. Loved the fact that there was a DAB radio built into the wall and you could fall asleep listening to music from speakers on the ceiling. Little things like light schemes depending on whether night or day function could tell that real thought had been put into the recent redesign of the rooms. The breakfast buffet was really good value with lots of choice and self service. Great coffee also! And loved the fact there was a sauna that can be used and a jacuzzi you can book for 30 mins slots for a small bit extra. And for those people driving, there's a big car park right off the main road. The next time we go to Girona again, we'll definitely stay here as the stay was one of our recent best and it was exceptional value!

The only negative, was that it's a 15 minutes walk outside the centre of Girona. We personally didn't find a problem as it's a safe easy walk, but it worth being aware of. That said you can get a taxi from the old town of Girona for around €11-14

Lovely spacious modern rooms with extra large bed and very quiet rooms with almost carpet styled tiling. Super clean and bright and light. Swimming pool area and toilets and showers very well maintained. Dog friendly can be taken onto the outside terrace and a separate part pg the restaurant area although you have to make sure they are not left alone in the room. Understandable really given the high standard of refurbishment in the rooms

Room was very clean we liked it. We didn't have breakfast. "Kinda" walkable to the historical places by walk (20 minitues+ walk from hotel). We didn't have a car, but I think they have a big parking lot which is very easily accessible to the hotel, so if you're a driving tourist, I think this place is perfect - if we come back next time here, I'd bring a car instead of walking. It is pet friendly place so we could stay with our little doggies :) and the hotel prepared a big dog mat and bowl for them! :) Overall, good to stay with your furry friends.

The location was good for car driving, but by bus, it was not too good. as there are more or less 2 buses going from main train station to the hotel. But the bus operates only every 1 hour. Very hard to find the right time. It is walkable from hotel to the historical places (20 minitues+) but the walking road is not too pedestrian friendly, it is walking sideway of car lines, not too safe and not too fun walking. During our stay, our room didn't have an access to wifi and TV, but it was not really a problem to us - it was more tech/internet detox :)
