The location of the hotel is right next to the Basilica de Sant Feliu. The room was very quiet and it was a corner room so the views out of the room were very good. The staff at the hotel were superior. They were very helpful in providing tips on where to eat and visit in the city, and were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast every morning way exceeded my expectations for a hotel breakfast. They even had a machine that makes fresh squeezed orange juice. Also the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in yet.

There was not anything about this hotel stay that I did not like.

Well located hotel close to the old town. The bed was also extremely comfortable and I slept very well. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a bit dated - I'm not sure a 4 star rating is really appropriate. Also, the housekeeping was a little random. Soap was provided for the sink but the housekeeper took the soap on my second day, without replacing it. Good thing I had my own! (from a hygiene perspective...) Also, conditioner for hair was provided but no shampoo. Strange. And bottled water was provided in the room, but it wasn't always replaced. Some days yes, others... no. And I had issues with the wifi password that was provided. Just stopped after a couple of days (I was there for 5) but I got another one without issues from the helpful staff.

This hotel has an exceptional location — right in the old town, just steps from the cathedral and key filming spots from Game of Thrones. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with a lovely mezzanine and incredibly comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety to start the day. On-site parking is available, which is convenient, though the space is quite tight and comes at an extra cost. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful, though we did notice a difference in the experience depending on who was at the front desk. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for discovering Girona’s historic charm — we’d absolutely come back!

Very centrally located in such a beautiful city. Very interesting artwork in an historic building. The 3 girls on Reception were in particular very friendly & helpful.

Except for a hanging rail there was no storage in the room which necessitated using the steps to our loft as shelves. No luggage racks and so suitcases had to be accessed on the floor. No shelves or storage in the bathroom and no light in foyer and no bedside lights which made the room very dark at night. Otherwise, the room was quite comfortable but we have found in these more modern Hotels often the priority is the design not the guest.

Perfect location in the old town of beautiful Girona, walk everywhere, close to the river. The wonderful reception and cleaning/breakfast staff make this hotel so special. So helpful and hospitable! Breakfast was great.

Some of the automation (eg closing curtains) in our room didn’t work. (We were compensated with an upgraded room on our last night.) Outdoor tables and chairs are padlocked, however staff were very happy to unlock on request so we could relax outside with a coffee.

The location is excellent near from Cathedral, Museums, bridge, walls of Girona, and few steps from restaurants. The hotel have a parking just in front, and this facilitates our small trips to Figueres, Cadaqués.. The room is small but very confort, good shower, towels and comfort bed. Breakfast was very good, but could offer more choices of fruit, yogurt, and eggs The hotel itself is very intersting with lots of art pieces

internet is a little weak

We had a lovely stay in this very quirky hotel. Location great to see all of the old town. The staff (Lucy, Iona and Henry) were very helpful. We would stay again.

We had a few issues within the room. The main thing was the sliding door to the bathroom was stuck (very important privacy issue). This was sorted the next day by an engineer. The toilet flushing system needs to be looked at.

The hotel is exceptionally well located, just on the fringes of the old town. You can walk to the Basilica in less than two minutes, and many of the displays in the flower festival are close by. The hotel suited our needs perfectly; the staff were very polite and helpful. The Dali exhibits are fascinating, as are the historical items on display.

Not much really. The price for breakfast was rather too much for us, so we ate that elsewhere.

Excellent location, all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful (including the lovely cleaners). The bed, pillows and sheets were wonderfully comfortable and the shower was very impressive wirh masses of very hot water.

The high tech features were not as impressive as when we previously stayed. There's a real need for some ongoing maintenance (curtains, lights, shower controls, etc) High tech hotel - low tech maintenance!

The hotel is very atmospheric, really full of legends. It is located in the historical part of Girona, the bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge and a kettle in the room. The bathroom was ok, but a bit old. Overall the room was ok, but the hotel is quite expensive, but during our visit there was a cycling competition (and everything else was booked or even more expensive), so we had to stay in this hotel. Hotel also has breakfast option, but it was too late, so we did not use that option.
