The location of the hotel is right next to the Basilica de Sant Feliu. The room was very quiet and it was a corner room so the views out of the room were very good. The staff at the hotel were superior. They were very helpful in providing tips on where to eat and visit in the city, and were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast every morning way exceeded my expectations for a hotel breakfast. They even had a machine that makes fresh squeezed orange juice. Also the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in yet.

There was not anything about this hotel stay that I did not like.

Very centrally located in such a beautiful city. Very interesting artwork in an historic building. The 3 girls on Reception were in particular very friendly & helpful.

Except for a hanging rail there was no storage in the room which necessitated using the steps to our loft as shelves. No luggage racks and so suitcases had to be accessed on the floor. No shelves or storage in the bathroom and no light in foyer and no bedside lights which made the room very dark at night. Otherwise, the room was quite comfortable but we have found in these more modern Hotels often the priority is the design not the guest.

The hotel is exceptionally well located, just on the fringes of the old town. You can walk to the Basilica in less than two minutes, and many of the displays in the flower festival are close by. The hotel suited our needs perfectly; the staff were very polite and helpful. The Dali exhibits are fascinating, as are the historical items on display.

Not much really. The price for breakfast was rather too much for us, so we ate that elsewhere.

Excellent location, all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful (including the lovely cleaners). The bed, pillows and sheets were wonderfully comfortable and the shower was very impressive wirh masses of very hot water.

The high tech features were not as impressive as when we previously stayed. There's a real need for some ongoing maintenance (curtains, lights, shower controls, etc) High tech hotel - low tech maintenance!

The hotel is very atmospheric, really full of legends. It is located in the historical part of Girona, the bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge and a kettle in the room. The bathroom was ok, but a bit old. Overall the room was ok, but the hotel is quite expensive, but during our visit there was a cycling competition (and everything else was booked or even more expensive), so we had to stay in this hotel. Hotel also has breakfast option, but it was too late, so we did not use that option.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are quite big, with everything you need. The bathroom has all the necessities you need, including a toothbrush, comb, hairdryer, etc. You can use their garage for an additional cost or use a public parking space, which is free, some 200 m from the hotel. No complaints, the staff is super nice. Location is perfect for exploring the old town Girona

The location was good. It was an interesting property, the bedroom was well sized to accommodate a huge bed. The bathroom was equally large.

It could do with a sign telling you how to get into the actual hotel. I wasn’t overly impressed with the breakfast for the price. There was absolutely nobody in attendance and there was no ambience- no background, music or TV.. sometimes it’s nice to have a little bit of atmosphere. I’m not sure how long the bread had been left out, but there was no covering, and the piece that I picked up was feeling quite dry and required toasting.

The location was perfect and the hotel was very quiet, with beautiful decor in the communal areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complementary cava is a very nice touch, along with the robes, slippers and bathroom products. We’ve stayed in a few hotels in Girona and this is our preferred choice.

Although the bathroom was clean and had everything you needed, the glass walls meant that if someone went to the bathroom during the night and so switched the light on, it was bright in the bedroom. The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC (e.g. the grouting around the shower). Some of the bedroom furniture is a little outdated.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are really helpful, giving advice on local places to eat etc. The hotel is situated in the beautiful medieval streets with good access to the Cathedral - well worth a visit- and the old walls. The room was clean, fresh and quiet. There was a kettle, vital for us Brits 😁 and plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast was good.

I liked everything!

The location was in the old town near to all the sights. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly and had excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not much fresh fruit and a restricted choice of cereals.
