I spent two nights at the Wildflowers Inn in Rocky Harbour – a very small place with only four units. But instead of typical hotel rooms, you get your own cozy wooden cabin. Mine was warmly furnished, everything worked perfectly, and it even had a small kitchen and a coffee machine. Although breakfast isn’t provided, Java Jack’s – an excellent restaurant – is just next door and more than makes up for it. Each cabin has its own parking spot right out front, and the location is quiet while still being close to the water. The owner was extremely kind and helpful – you feel genuinely cared for.

The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi: It worked fine in the front half of the cabin, but the signal didn’t reach the back properly.

I liked the ocean front cabin. Good size. Very clean. Stocked with extra blankets, pillows, dishes etc. excellent location. Nice to walk along the beach area to watch the sunset. Close to restaurants and shops. Quiet area, nice to be able to walk around without traffic. Very safe. I liked the self checkin and out. Felt like we had privacy. Would have liked to have stay longer! Had only one night in rocky harbour/gros morne park.

It was a little warm in the cabin at night. We stayed when the temp was up to 28 degrees outside. (Unusual for there I think) there was no air conditioning but left the windows open overnight and had the fan on. Took a bit to cool down. So some trouble sleeping.

This is a little cabin that is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The location is nice, just off the bay. Something we really appreciated- there is actually shelving in the bathroom so you can put your things out - why do so many places leave you only the back of the toilet?! This apartment is more than comfortable and more than lovely.

One thing - if you have mobility issues - there are 2 steps from the bedroom to the bathroom, you will need to make sure you get a unit that is all one level.

We liked everything! The Inn was immaculate! The room was clean and it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Gave us dieection to great places to visit. Breakfast was delicious! If you need a place to rest and visit in Gand Falls Windsor this is the place to stay! Thank you for our wonderful stay!🥰

Every thing was excellent. Quiet, clean, beautiful and convenient location.

The bedding and towels reeked with a very unpleasant fragrance from the laundry products. This fragrance transferred to our sleepwear and made it unwearable until laundered twice. Our rating would have been a 10 if they used unscented laundry products.

A perfect place to stay. We loved out private cabin with the coffee bar, fridge and microwave. The sitting area was also very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The location was close to eveeything. The owner was very kind and took good care of any needs. The place was very clean. We loved this place and would highly reccommend.

Rob the owner of this property was very friendly and was very quick to act on any requests that we had. We would highly recommend the Wildflowers Country Inn for anyone wanting to stay in Rocky Harbour. You won’t be disappointed! Delaine and Kim

Spacious and comfortable self contained attractive wooden cabin (number 1) with sea view. Very large comfortable bed. Excellent shower and bathroom. Some basic kitchen items but these cabins are not really set up for full self catering. Excellent location within town. Easy check in/out. Good communication with owner. Private on site parking.

As mentioned in other reviews, a washing up bowl and better kitchen items would be helpful (we happily got by and it did not distract from our enjoyment of our stay).

It was spacious and very comfortable. The grounds were very welcoming.

We found the kitchen sparse on equipment. Even though it was not intended as a full kitchen, we found it lacking in dishes and utensils. We adjusted to having to wash dishes in the bathroom, as there was no kitchen sink, but we thought there would be sufficient dishes, kitchen tools/utensils, perhaps a bowl for a salad, for our party of 3.

The room was very clean. There were plenty of windows for freah air. The bathroom was new and very clean. Coffie machine and kitchen supplies were provided and in good working order. Extra blankets and linens available in case needed. Very quiet location. Easy parking. Grounds very well maintained. Highly recommended.
