Pretty large room in a small modern style hotel. It was basic but clean and had everything we needed for our break in Paris and Disneyland. The breakfast was continental style only but was good value and convenient. Free parking was also provided which was very useful.

The hotel is fine but the public transport around it is poor. We had intended to use the local trains and buses but it was practically impossible so we just drove to a metro station to get into Paris and drove again to Disneyland. A car is practically essential especially if you have children.

Staff are super friendly and the room was neat and tidy. Great Value for money . Nice rooms and a peaceful hotel. We slept great.

Although the room was clean I feel that it could use either an air freshener or stronger cleaning products. The room could also do with a tea tray. We were at Disney so arriving back late at night, no way of having a hot drink or smack The location was an issue. Bus to trains and the nearest shop was a bus ride or a long walk away, which made getting snacks for the day difficult that said the buses were on time and if you drive this is a great hotel for Disney , how ever the buses do not run past 9pm to we had to get a taxi back from Disney which was Uber 30€

Lovely hotel, good location for Disneyland Paris

The facilities on the booking.com website are incorrect. There is no tea/ coffee maker, no pants press, no electric kettle, no desk (a very small piece of wood in a corner with a stool doesn't deserve to be called a desk), no radio, no wardrobe / closet (an open coat stand also doesn't deservve to be scalled a wardrobe). Most of these things didn't matter but I had expected to be able to make a hot drink so was VERY VERY disappointed that there was no kettle in any of the 3 rooms we booked. Please update your information immediately.

The Staff were amazing. The went above and beyond. The staff member Vinod who worked there was really amazing and helpful and have us a lot of advice about to travel in Paris.

Our rooms were nice and cleaned every day, staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t order breakfast, we just really used the hotel to sleep in whilst we visited Disney and Paris.

We had two rooms but accidentally locked ourselves out of one room at 12 midnight. This was obviously not the hotels fault of course, but with no reception, and the hotel emergency number didn’t respond to us at all, we had to sleep four of us in a two person room on that night. The hotel helped us in the morning.

The host was very good and polite, the overall stay was excellent will definitely come back. Parking is secure and safe
