Rooms were spacious, facilities were amazing, and the whole premise was kept clean and neat. Breakfast selections were amazing! It's a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta. We loved staying there.

The mountain view room is situated next to a quite busy small road. At night we could hear the noises of motorcycles and horns of vehicle passing by through the glass balcony doors. Breakfast rush hour then was 8 o'clock, so we had to be on the waiting list for a table. Yet guests were coming in to the breakfast area from many directions, not through the hostess at the front, so it was a bit confusing and frustrating.

The hotel is connected to an amazing golf course that realty a bonus for friends who are looking for a golfing experience. The rooms are perfect & comfortable. Very unique set up & has variety of good restaurants specially the FIRE if you into steaks, highly recommended value fie money.

I honestly didn’t like the breakfast, they are a lot of variety but it’s of Indonesian breakfast, but after few days you just get use it but no my favorite breakfast menu. Rooms are single glaze windows so you literally heat every motorcycles crossing the streets & you end up waking up early morning to that noice

- I asked for a room with a Mountain View. The view is good, but sometimes you can hear the sound of vehicles. The other room has a view of the hotel pool/restaurant/garden. If you don't get a room with a Mountain View, you can still see it on the Zen Deck (hotel facility). - I tried 3 places to eat in the hotel, namely LL One at lunch, Fire Grill at dinner, and Breeze Lounge in the afternoon. Of the 3 places, in my opinion, the best is LL One. Breakfast is also provided at LL One and there were so many options. Great for big eaters. - There are many facilities provided that I cannot mention one by one. But what I like is music played live. At dinner, it is accompanied by modern songs, while at breakfast it is accompanied by traditional songs.  This is the view from the balcony, executive deluxe room number 605, when the fog appears and when the sun rises.

Small but non-emergency things, like a loose shower handle, a flashlight that won't turn on, and a door peephole that's too high, so I can't see guests. I'm around 150 cm tall.

love the landscape and interior design and surrounding with nature delight. hotel staff are really good, helpful and very polite. the buggy cart also quite helpful cause the parking area a bit far from the lobby. swimming pool is great.

at the time all the kids activities are closed, so basically kids could only enjoy swimming. the flying fox and archery are temporarily closed but they don’t provide your kids with other options. i would expect the sport facilities should grow other than swimming. the gym also small, basketball area is just tiny for little kids only. expanding renovation also still under way, so there are still some noise. the location is quite isolated, no supermarket or culinary place near hotel so you need to make sure that you’re all packed up before going to the hotel

The service from the staff was so amazing. Especially the duty manager Named Mr. Ferry , was an amazing manager.He gave us the best and fast solution when we had some failure at our room.He was so nice and friendly to our family sincerely. He really represent overall staff at this hotel.Great job Mr.Ferry and another staff.

Some noise from our first room type with mountain view.Be carefull to choose this kinda view, you need to prepare from some noise from the street. Better choose room with their garden or pool.

The facilities and staff very friendly. Hotel very clean.

Location too far out and had to spend so much time in dodgy grab taxi's. Language was a big problem, lots of misinterpretation and often didn't know what we were going to get after any request. Very noisy with the road construction outside and endless scooters buzzing past. Cost of playing golf was very expensive for my son in law.

- Breakfast is excellent so many food and baverages and all of them is delicious. There is Indonesian breakfast menu and ammerican breakfast menu. Nasi Goreng a lil salty for me. Bubur sumsum is the winner. - The hotel facility is very good, kids can swim ( There are 3 pools ) , also play in indoor playground, many kids activity. - The Breeze Lounge is so awesome, the coffee, ice cream and pastry is so delicious. - There is shuttle car to pick me up from parking area to hotel lobby. - Hotel staff hospitality is very nice and friendly. - Hotel location can easy accessed via toll exit gate "Bogor Selatan" Summarecon or Gadog.

the kids indoor playground is small, there is no bath tub in room. the bed matrass not comfortable for me.

The service and the staff are excellent. All people we dealt with are friendly, professional and hard working. Doing their best to satisfy requests of the guests. Would mention waitress Lizmi ( breakfast), concierge Nova. But other people were great in their job, too. Breakfast and buffets excellent.

No trips are being offered as excursions. No problem to get a car with a driver ( hotel arranges that) but no guided excursions.

It's been 7 years since the last time I stayed here, but well maintained, even better for being more family friendly. The road access is also perfect now from Bogor city and close to the new Jagorawi toll entrance.

The food prices in restaurants are still too high.

All the staff were sooo nice! They gave me welcome food and after we checked in and settled into our room they also gave us fresh orange drinks also complimentary food. At checkout, they gave us a delicious cookie! Overall experience was hands down one of the best
