Large room and bathroom. Comfort and cleanliness! Close to the Amphitheater and museum. Very nice service.

On the first day, the staff watched the match very loudly, which made it difficult to communicate at the reception and could even be heard in the room. The cuisine is not very good, probably because they want to satisfy the tastes of Europeans - please, let your guests taste delicious Tunisian dishes, they will be delighted :-)

The rooms are clean and well kept, and we had our own refrigerator and kettle with tea and coffee - a first in Tunisia. The lobby cafe and restaurant served good, basic meals and excellent espresso. A very short walk to the amphitheatre and museum.

Clean modern hotel very well presented. Great location next to station and 5 mins walk to roman theatre.

If using maps me beware they have the location wrong.- Its right next to station. Only thing wrong was not enough guests to make the place lively and finding staff. -Had to plug Fridge and Aircon in to get working. Kettle was somewhat dangerous from steam

The property was sparkling clean, the staff was very professional and attentive, and the location was absolutely perfect. They offered me a free welcome drink while I filled out my registration. Beautiful bathrooms and great hot water, best shower I’ve had in Tunisia so far. I did not experience the noise or smoke from the lobby that other people complain about. The manager was so kind and her English was excellent.

The walls are a could be thicker, but it’s no big deal.

The hotel is clean and bright with very comfortable with modern facilities. A lovely hot shower and equipment to make coffee or tea in the room. The staff were very friendly and the hotel director Faysal was so helpful, professional and kind. It’s in a perfect location to visit the Roman amphitheater which is literally a 10 minute walk away. There was designated parking with hotel watchman for security. A great place to stay.

I honestly didn’t have anything to complain about. Everything was fine.

Almost everything! Service, food (no alcohol available though), extremely comfortable room, with a terrific view of the amphitheatre from our window. Endless patience with my fractured and largely forgotten French. Location perfect, right next to the railway station and highly visible.

Heating system almost impossible to operate, but very effective once we cracked it.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room was not working properly and I called the reception and they said they would send someone to check, but no one came.

Great location for visiting El Jem amphitheater. Parking directly outside with security. The view from our room was across the amphitheater which was amazing! Large comfortable rooms and the centre area of the hotel has plenty of relaxed space for coffee.

Only negative was the wifi reception in our room was not good enough to hold a solid connection, it would drop out all the time.

Booking the suite was an EXCELLENT idea. We had access to a giant private patio where we drank tea and smoked shisha in the evening. In the morning, I had space to do yoga outside AND we had a direct view on the El Jem amphitheater. The view was awesome. the room itself was impeccably clean and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Coffee at the cafe was on point. we didn’t have time to swim in the pool but it seemed nice. we drove but for travelers without wheels, this hotel is located right next to the train station.
