The staff was very very nice. My Daughter was taking food up to the room for the kids and had her hands full and the very first staff member she saw asked if they could help her take food to the room. Very Very clean rooms. The beds were very nice, the room even smelled fresh. The hotel had a very clean and fresh smell to it when we walked in. I was very impressed. And the price was very fair. Honestly the best stay I have had in all my years of travel in overall stay. FYI the breakfast was pretty dang good. One of the best for hotels. Many options for the kids.

There was nothing I did not like. It was a great stay.

Needed more staff!! The poor guy taking care of the front desk was also getting the breakfast food. He told me he shud have been gone already, the morning shift didn't show up and it was 8:30am. So while trying to check people out, he was trying to cook breakfast. There was no eggs or bacon ready when we went down so went out for breakfast. Need more staff!!

Breakfast was good, very nice room.

The person checking us in was not well trained and did not know what she was doing. The elevator was out and we selected a king size room. the room we had was on the third floor. we could not haul our stuff up three floors. she tried to put us in a doulbe queen on the first floor. after 20 minutes she finally called the manager who told her it was ok to give us the king suite since the elevator was our. that took another 10 minutes to figure that out. everything else about the place was great.

The room was great. It had a blackout curtain on the window which was really nice.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The pancake machine was out of order and there was no biscuit or toast to go along with the sausage even though there was a toaster. The ice machine was out of order on the first floor with a sign to go to the second floor. It didn't work either so I went to the third floor where I found a sign indicating it was also out of order and directing me back to the second floor. This is not typical of La Quinta.

Friendly staff, I was greeted at the door upon my arrival. Room was clean and accessible, and the front desk clerk gave me several options as to where I could stay room-wise. Other guests were quiet, and I never had any trouble falling asleep. Felt safe and comfortable.

Hallways/stairwells were a bit grungy, look like they needed to be vacuumed. WiFi was not always reliable and would shut down periodically before resetting. There was also no electric outlet in my bathroom, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

New hotel. Carpets and floors were clean and new. Great mattress. One of the best I have slept on in a hotel. Fantastic shower. Nice walk in shower. Easy to get in and out.

I told the clerk when I checked in that I was allergic to cats and dogs. I expected pets to be in a designated area of rooms. That was not the case. ALL rooms are pet friendly. I have family members who could not have stayed in this hotel. Not all of us are pet lovers. It has become too common for dogs to be everywhere with owners. I even saw 2 people with dogs in there arms, walk into the breakfast area. Stain on upholstered chair in the room, for all I know it's a pet stain. Rust around door frame to the bathroom.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, smelled clean, well maintained. Black out shades in rooms best I've ever used. Beds excellent.

Pool area very small but was good for children. Breakfast okay, but for complimentary wasn't expecting gourmet. Only one room key issued because of low card supply, understandable but somewhat inconvenient for more than one person.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived had to wait 40 mins then found out the hotel had no wifi whatsoever they claimed ponca had free wifi available but you had to be outside to access it and it didn't stay on long .

No wifi and not be able to just check right in at time I got there when was 8 pm

Fitness room and clean lobby and rooms. Accepts pets and has good outdoor access to walk the dog

Breakfast was underwhelming. No hot tub, outdoor unseated pool area unavailable even to sit at tables outside.

Clean facility, great location for my purpose. They served breakfast, even though it was Christmas Day.

Some of the seats in the breakfast area are starting to look worn out. They had a lot of leaks from rain in the lobby. I have stayed here several times, and the hot breakfast items are empty frequently.
