the breakfast was a typical for a continental breakfast. food was hot and ready. coffee machine was down unfortunately but coffee was available in my room. location was out of city limits but where i needed to get to was not an inconvenience.

the only inconvenience was the coffee machine at breakfast was out of order but was not a big inconvenience being there was a single cup maker in my room with everything i needed for a cup of coffee. staff could use a little more training on being able to pull a receipt for those guests needing to do expense reports during their stay instead of waiting for the final bill after their stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and filling, with several options available. Some fruit would be a great addition. The staff were polite.

The staff needs more training. We were sent to an uncleaned room at first, but it was corrected quickly. I would have appreciated an apology from the staff, but they were silent when reassigning a room. Overnight, we noticed the air conditioner was leaking on the carpet, and we notified the front desk when we checked out.

The hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable. Rooms had microwave and small fridge. The staff was friendly.

The water stopped in the middle of my shower. I had to turn off the faucet then turn it back on, water pressure was low. There was a sign at the front desk stating issues with water. The hair dryer cord was so short I had trouble drying my hair. Will ask for another hair dryer next time. I forgot to use my aarp discount.

The first thing that I liked was that the staff were very friendly and nice to deal with. The second thing I liked was that the room was EXTREMELY CLEAN. I noticed that even the base boards and all corners were clean. The bathroom was entirely cleaned, no dirt ANYWHERE. I used to work for a cleaning service, I know what clean is!! Please tell housekeeping that they did an excellent job!! The third thing that I liked was that they had the menu listed for what would be available for the breakfast the next morning.

The breakfast was good, over all, but eggs were over cooked and too dry to eat.

Good variety of breakfast items. Gentleman working in breakfast area did his best to keep hot items supplied. Only had to wait a few minutes when they ran out of an item. Very polite, knowledgeable staff

liked being on the top floor; liked that Kansas provided a light show (thunder and lightening) for us to view from the top floor. Breakfast was ok, clerks at reception were exceptional!

Came down for breakfast at 9am and It was pretty picked over by this point.

I had asked for a fan prior to my stay amd was told that was not an issue and one would be in my room and it was not.

It was clean and the beds were comfy!

Staff was rude! Especially the lady who checked us in! Housekeeper opened our door and walked in at 9:45am to clean our room and we were still in bed and asleep so she turned around and walked out. We thought check out time was 1100am🤷🏻‍♀️

This was a very nice and comfortable hotel. The king size bed was cozy and comfortable.

We had housekeeping services, and the bed was made up very nice. The bathroom was cleaned, and we got new towels, but they were not hung up and they forgot to remove the dirty and wet towels off the floor. I did report that at checkout, and they said they had a staff shortage, and most are new. The breakfast was just ok; however, the orange juice machine was spitting out moldy slime.
