I have stayed at this hotel, off and on, when traveling, for the past 3 years. It is in an excellent location - away from urban areas and highway noise, so it is quiet; there is a casino colocated with the hotel with several food vendors as well. This stay was the best, the room (junior king suite was very clean, modern furnishings, microwave, kitchenette, etc.

Modest selection of foods available for purchase in lobby (if arriving during odd times, the food vendors are closed); being that it is located very far from stores, other restaurants, available lobby area food selections are limited (good, but limited).

The breakfast was great as was the location. We attended a wedding that was several miles from the hotel. The location of the hotel cut the driving time in half had we stayed in Wichita. When we checked in we asked for a quiet room and "Chandler" from the front desk staff chose the perfect room for us on the third floor.

We were going to use the hot tub but noticed something very strange floating in the water. We mentioned it to an employee and she told use the situation had been reported earlier, and something was added to the water to take care of it but we decided not to go in. Also, the swimming pool water appeared murky, so we stayed out also. Later in the day they put a sign on the door that the hot tub was closed. This should have been done much earlier.

The desk workers were so friendly and very helpful. At one time, one of them most definitely went above and beyond to assist my husband and I during check-in. It was very clean, the rooms were wonderful. The breakfast choices are the breakfast eating area was quite impressive. The pool was clean and not too cold, the hot tub was on so wonderful. The snack nook was ridiculously overpriced but I never saw an alternate vending machine so I didn't have much choice but to pay $16 for 2x 20 oz. Sodas, a bottle of water, and a small apple juice. Our a/c stopped working in the middle of the night but it didn't get too incredibly hot so I didn't complain, the desk staff were busy and I did not want to add more stress at that time for them. I forgot to mention it at check out so it was my bad. The casino attached is also an obvious win. I will recommend this hotel for sure! And, I will most definitely return to this hotel

This property is very well designed which seems to create a very positive attitude among the staff and guests. The breakfast area and the seamless connectivity between the hotel and the casino just makes it feel like I'm in a castle I can call home during my stay. Topping this atmosphere off perfectly is a centrally located self-serve coffee/tea station where I can get my caffeine fix again and again. I feel perked up just walking by it. Getting a room near the back exit is perfect for taking the dog out to the pet area or to take a long walk around the property. We love staying here and always enjoy a fantastic dinner at the Woodfire Grille on property.

The staff was very friendly & helpful breakfast was amazing they treated my dog & grandson like family

Room was stinky had stains throughout the carpet there was alot of noise from hall people running & yelling walls were thin door 2 room was very heavy 2 open coffee maker didn't work properly & no plug ins 4 charging phones @ all needs remodeling updated TV was not on wall straight & no paid channels such as HBO or Netflix 4 $200 a nite & pool was overly bleached burned eyes & nose with just the very strong bleach scent within the small room

The staff for so helpful and friendly.

We we're there for a wrestling tournament and there are no accessible restaurants available for kids to go to during the day. There was 1700+ kids there and they were not allowed to leave the event center without an adult escort, could not get food because they would have to go through the casino. This is totally the wrong place to hold an event for young adults and teens!!! At least this year we could take in coolers with drinks for our wrestlers.

There are a lot of positive things to say about this property. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding, which includes sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, bagels, juice and coffee, etc. It is sufficiently staffed such that all the items are always stocked. The room was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend the restaurant on site, The Wood Fired Grill. We had the Wednesday special, the porter house steak. On another occasion, we had the tomahawk steak. Both were quality beef, cooked to perfection. We had our small dog with us. This hotel has a great pet area in the back of the hotel with doors for easy access. This hotel is conveniently located to reach places of interest in Wichita.

The hotel generally and the room air conditioning are slightly musty smelling which was not something I noticed the last time I stayed here in January 2022. Wish the room had more uniform lighting throughout.

We stayed here on our way to our vacation destination. This was a halfway point. This is a very nice hotel. We asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what we got! Very impressed with this hotel, Great breakfast! Clean hotel. It's right on the interstate, there are restaurants in the casino so no need to drive anywhere to find a place to eat. Very Convenient. We stayed here again on our way home!

there wasn't anything we didnt like.. no complaints

Well it could change up more or at least different to choose. As long ive been coming up there to stay its always the same things . One time we was there I think we got to eat sausage& gravy with biscuit . But I might thinking on the other side of Kansas where I also stay . But I only get to stay . Check in on Sunday Check out on Wednesday

Potatoes are never really done . Never scramble eggs or bacon . The eggs ya'll do serve some time under cook or over cooked.

Quiet, very comfortable

Room had a pretty strong odor- probably from the cleaner products used- not bad, just too much. Both of us were concerned we may have headaches in the morning. Fortunately we did not. But after just 1 night in the room our clothes still retained the smell later the next day.
