Breakfast was really nice. The kitchen person was absolutely so pleasant when presenting the food. And so were the girls at the desk especially Erin. They’re so polite and respectful. And even the women doing the room cleans were so very sweet. I’ve stayed here 4 times I think and the staff are just the best! Every one of them. Thank you to all of them!

I hate how the towels are stored over the toilet! E-coli! Hotels shouldn’t have carpeting. Both of these things are places for germs. I dread those things in hotels.

The staff as always were great. I have to be honest, I was a little concerned that staff may barge in again like the last visit. The Management were convinced that my issued room on a previous stay was supposed to be vacant. The Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good.

We were initially shocked when we entered the room believing that there was a massive blood stain on the bedside carpet. Thankfully it appeared to be ink. We did notify the front desk upon arrival that the smoke alarm was beeping due to a low battery. We were reassured that it would be changed the following day and that we may bring the dead battery to the desk at checkout.....

The woman who checked us in at the desk & checked us out the next day was wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I was in town for my husband's funeral & left my wedding rings in the room when we checked out. She called me and let me know I'd left them & met me at the door when I came back to pick them up. An unpleasant trip could've been so much worse if she & whomever came to clean our room when we left, hadn't made sure I got my rings back. The staff deserves a commendation!

People across the hall made excessive noise after 10pm & kept our dog upset & barking, which in turn I'm sure bothered other guests. I know this is hard to control, especially when people are so self absorbed, perhaps some signs in the hallways reminding folks to please be quiet after 10 PM would help?

The beds we comfortable and clean. The waffles were delicious.

The pool water was very chilly for an indoor pool. The breakfast was okay but the gravy was not good.

Be very proud of your people! Erin was extremely helpful & delightful! Every person we dealt with was very nice, professional & always willing to accommodate our wishes!

It is located equidistant from my daughters in Haysville and Rose Hill. It’s always very clean. The staff is professional, friendly, accommodating, snd helpful.

Great location and the staff is always super friendly. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The only thing I don't like are the beds. Not the most comfortable things.

It was clean. It was newly remodeled. Everyone was so friendly. Great breakfast too.

The only issue we had is that the bathtub did not drain appropriately

Back door, which was the closes entrance easnt working with card so we had ti park further, or go around! With a soecial needs child, it was a bit hard to do! Also kids or someone kept running in the high level, or top of the room, and kids were running around in the hallway!
