The pool and little sun terrace is amazing. The peace and quiet is great.

The edge of the lake is very “natural” which is fine, but the impression I got from the website was that it was a little more developed. There was no ovenware in the kitchen to cook something on the oven. Would be helpful to have a small shop for essentials as the nearest shop is about 15-20 mins away.

Everything was simply amazing. The lady on the reception was nice, friendly, polite and helpful. The waiter in the restaurant was great too. The food was delicious, the houses was in excellent condition, very chic and comfortable, and cosy. The surrounding is breathtaking. The pool and the water temperature - wow! We are already planning our next stay.

Very friendly staff and good for bookings and area information, however mostly German speaking. Located in a nice nature area with a clear lake just a short walk away. Great little beach with good swimming, but only deep water. The big pool area and restaurant has magnificent view of the lake and is in good shape for such an old building. Plenty of things to see and do in the area, but you need a car, nearest town is 10 min drive.

The tennis court and the outdoor area of the restaurant was under reconstruction, which did not show on the website, neither in the information e-mail received prior to the stay! The rental boats were in poor condition, and we were lucky to be able to rent one that was working, because it was early season.

Being there in low season it was really quiet and peaceful. Really nice erea! The staff were kind and helpful and the cottage was very clean.

Very small bedroom and bathroom. Not much intimacy, access/bathing area-actually a spot to get into the water- very small . Expensive, I find.

The location is amazing and super calm. The staff were generally friendly especially at the terrace café, the waiting staff is great and we appreciate it. The houses were well-structured so that you didn't need to worry about privacy or getting uncomfortable with the neighboring houses. The houses are surrounded by trees and very close to the lake and forest, and the amenities are excellent (playground, bike rental, spa, swimming area, fitness path with machines along the way in the forest). We will certainly be coming back!

The vacation home cleanliness was not perfect. There were spiders everywhere when we arrived, which is not okay. The living room sofa had a weird smell and feel, which we found ourselves resolving by covering it with a sheet. Other than that the beds, sheets, floors, bathroom and kitchen were clean, but I hope the staff pay more attention to the spiders/sofa issues.

It is anything but a 4star resort. I was surprised to not to find bath towels in the room Following morning I discovered that since I haven’t booked from hotel’s website I have to pay extra € 45 for 3 sets of towels 1- It is not mentioned at booking details - and I cannot imagine another 4 star hotel that doesn’t provide towels 2- It is against Booking.com’s best price guarantee policy 3- Not a surprise but they didn’t provide shampoo or shower gel 4- While checking in We have been warned about many penalties. If you mistakenly park your car to another slot than you get a ticket. if you don’t start the dishwasher you get a penalty. if you don’t clean fireplace, you get a penalty. Cot charge is 30eur per stay. This hotel has no ambitions to please or serve customers, but find ways to extra-charge them with excuses. Some normal but bot good things: we tried having a dessert in the restaurant. Nice attitude by restaurant staff. Unable to speak English. Cake was below average quality. Some last words to Booking.com: Terrible handling of the case, second time. Their Customer Service solution approach had been going worse continuously in the past 3-4 years. I have no confidence left for Booking. com that they would protect my rights anymore-It wasnt the case 8-10 years back. After many years, probably hundreds of days of stay time to stop using Booking.com and already canceling my Christmas plan booked and booked from an alternative source
