Splendid huge buffet breakfast with pancakes & eggs made upon request by the chef in front of you. Beautiful view of the lake, worth the extra cost, extra large and comfortable beds. Nice SPA & pool, private beach to swim in the lake. Lovely & numerous bike or foot trails to do around the place. Don't miss the small city Malchow nearby and go by bike.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and we slept great. Breakfast was very good and varied. The spa is very nice although we caught one of the guests trying to steal my boyfriend’s mobile phone. We told the gentleman in the reception and he said there was nothing they could do about it.

We asked for an iron as we needed to iron our clothes and the staff looked at us as if we were asking for something impossible. They lent us an iron in the end but they wanted to refuse.

The hotel is very good; comfortable, clean. The rooms are comfortable, good and spacious shower. Breakfast was also quite good. Personnel is very polite and attentive.

The bed was a little too soft, but not so bad. Also, the evening buffet was lacking options, but that was due to the lack of personnel (an old problem in Germany), not the hotel's fault.

Extremely friendly staff, at the reception and in the bar / restaurant as well. The spa is heaven and the surroundings of the hotel are breathtaking.

The towel exchange program with the chip was a bit confusing but it makes sense in the end :)
