Great Hotel! Staf was amazing, we stayed 2 weeks, one staff member was not nice, but the rest were amazing ! This hotel is constantly cleaning and fixing things. It's probably one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. The pool is amazing, a place that actually heats the pool. I was able to walk right into the pool even though our visit had some nights in the 40s. The hot tub is great, too. I would definitely stay here again.❤️

The front desk gentleman was very friendly. As for the room, I was amazed. Very nice layout, comfortable, great view of the lake, and most important, very clean. I travel a lot for Soccer Tournaments, and this has been by far one of my best stays. Will definitely book again!

Lovely suite with kitchen and lounge area in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. Balcony overlooking Lake Jackson. Good buffet breakfast included with good choice of hot and cold food.

Not really a criticism, but nowhere within walking distance to eat out/drink in the evening, but this is true of many places in the US.

Everything: location, clean room, fully-equipped kitchen supplies, friendly staffs, comfy bed and free breakfast!

It could be better if there are more choices on the hot stuffs and bread at the breakfast.

Staff was wonderful . Everyone was so friendly. Was great to a have pool chair lift. Not many places offer this for disabled people..

2 bedroom suite was very roomy. Pool was heated.

Breakfast lady was rude. She was nasty when asked to refill anything that ran out, like plates. She decided to put away all the toppings by 9am. She had cleared out all bagels/muffins way before breakfast ended.

It was nice, clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean.

The staff was awesome. Special thanks to Earl and Lillia at the front desk. Thanks to the young man that does the maintenance and has to clean the grille outside. Oh the grille, really nice option. I only stayed a night but this place would be excellent for an extended stay

The air handler. It needs rubber pads or bushings cause the vibration from is was louder than a conversation. Perhaps the air unit needs service. That was the only bad part of a otherwise perfect stay.
