Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Staff was amazing and on top of everything! Hotel was super clean ~ (we dropped an earring in the bathroom and had to ‘scale the floor’ searching for it .. it was spotless!). Breakfast was awesome with a little bit of everything. Everything was stocked fully, including the beer fridge and random snacks every time we were in the ‘common area’. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nothing comes to mind! (Okay, an elevator would be nice .. but this is a historic building ~ so completely understood). There was only one flight of stairs which was manageable … and there are rooms on the main floor, we just missed out on them.

I loved the hospitality and the location. The fact that they had free snacks and drinks was also a plus. The room was a good size room.

I didn't like the fact that the room had to have a window unit running all night to keep it cool. I like to sleep with it being quiet, plus with the unit running, it was hard to hear the TV. The building is over 100 years old so it was understandable why the rooms had window units. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

Beautiful place! Very roomy and romantic. Got a free bottle of wine with our stay that was unexpected and cool! The atmosphere of the place takes you back to another time it was beyond words!

We retired and got up early at 5 am. There was no coffee ready. We were not the only room looking for some. Took 30min to get some. That was a downer.

IF you are tired and bored with the hotel chains, and their so-so conditions and clones of each other, and enjoy the quiet and charm of a small city, go stay here. Sanjay, the owner, has done an amazing job, room by room, to renov and provide a one-of-a-kind hotel you would not expect to find in a little town like Arcadia FL. Enjoy the stars, the peaceful streets and the really good restaurants.

Excellent friendly service, easy checkin and checkout. Cleanliness, comfortable bed, good night sleep. The room felt like we were in a home not a hotel. The view from the window of the park. Everything needed was provided and much more. Variety of Snacks and drinks anytime, good breakfast!

We have been traveling from Central Illinois for the last 10 days and have stopped and stayed in several places. The oak park inn by oyo has by far been our favorite stay. The couple who run the inn are absolutely amazing and such great people to just chat with for a few minutes of you have the time. They were very polite and offered help around every corner. Every room has a different theme- we stayed in room 8. The bed was very comfortable and had an extra blanket already in the room if needed. All rooms have their own facilities which were clean as weelll(it's hard to come across a clean bathroom these days!)also, they offer many snacks and refreshments free of charge. Even have a seat in the lounge and have a complimentary beer or glass of wine! We will be coming back to the Oak park inn every time we travel through this part of Florida. Thank you for such and amazing experience.

Lovely hotel, great character inside, plentiful snacks and drinks available 24/7 which was an unexpected bonus, central location, good parking, comfortable spacious bedroom and very clean, there was a central lobby which was beautiful to relax in, welcoming and helpful staff, we had a great stay

We stayed in a front bedroom so there was some traffic noise from the road but nothing to worry about, and some noise early Saturday morning due to the market stalls being set up in the square but this might have been for the rodeo weekend so might not be a problem for others. Noisy air conditioning unit in our bedroom but we used the ceiling fan instead which was adequate instead.

A nice cozy place in the historic downtown area. Very atmospheric. All rooms have different themes. The hotel located in the old historic building. All rooms are on the second floor and you would have to carry the luggage, no elevator. Complementary snacks, drinks, cold beer, wine. Nice bed and bathroom.

Close proximity to the highway could be bothersome.

I loved how it made me feel like I stepped back in time. It was warm and inviting. The lady who checked us in was super nice and helpful. They have snack bar and drinks at not additional cost which is awesome.

We stay in the French style room the bed was a little high for me and the bear claw tub was a bit of a challenge to get in/out of. Also it was a bit hard to get ready because the pedestal sinks do have much room for makeup and hair tools.

Such friendly staff! The building is a historical landmark and when we got there and realized there was not an elevator they rearranged the rooms to accommodate my husband's disability. Highly highly recommend this warm place. They even let me go upstairs to see the different room themes. They are whimsical and beautifully done. Very comfy beds too!

No elevator, lol.
