We went there because of the hurricane ,the front desk was fast and efficient ,, the room was beautifu,l the staff was extremely friendly, I needed help with my dog many times and Darren and some of the housekeeping staff were very helpful to me, everybody was very friendly . Another thing that I liked was that they had different breakfast everyday, one day it was bacon, eggs and potatoes and then biscuits and gravy the next day and on my third day it was an omelet & sausage not your usual same old same old , the hotel was very clean ,,I would absolutely recommend this hotel ❣️❣️

there wasn't very much area to be able to walk your dog on any kind of grass, and the water could have been hotter, overall a great place

Large rooms. Nice beds and nice pool. Staff was extremely friendly and nice. The breakfast room was awesome and the staff were great at keeping it cleaned and stocked.

Would have liked to have known that the lobby a d fitness center were under renovation. Just like the photo of the lobby in this survey , it was under renovation and it would have been nice to know in advance. Two times during our stay, people drank beer in bottles by the pool and broke them and staff had to clean it up the next morning before we could use it.

Good hotel, clean and well located for us. The room was big, the beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom with a big shower. Free parking and free wi-fi. Breakfast included was good with variety of options, even waffles. Good facilities at hotel. Nice small swimming pool to refresh yourself in summer. The hotel was doing an upgrade but I didn't hear any sound or see dirtiness. All the hotel was spotless. The receptionist girl was very nice. I recommend this hotel.

The front desk clerk, Pattie if I remember correctly, was outstanding. My wife and I made a joke that the cookies laid out for the guests would be gone by the time we returned. We all laughed. During our drive to meet friends, we recieved a call from her letting us know that she save a couple of cookies for us and when we returned we could pick them up at the front desk. WOW!!!!! This is the type of service normally reserved for a 5-Star property!. She made our day. We are still speaking abubt it!... The room was very nice and clean. Just remodeled the bathroom. No, it is not the quality of a Hilton or Hyatt, but neither is the price. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again in the future. I would recommend. Everyone was very nice. Had a layout for breakfast but we weren't able to partake as we had to be at families. The beds were very comfortable. We were definitely satisfied with our stay. Don't hesitate to stay here.

I had a pleasant stay. The rooms and property were very clean. The room was updated and felt modern. I liked the toiletries because it was adequate and no strong scents. Will stay again.

There was not really anything to dislike. They warned us they are renovating so we may hear some noise in the daytime. That did not affect me though as I was out in the daytime.

Great location, easy to find, right off of the interstate. They are in the middle of remodeling but the facility was very clean. Staff were all very kind and professional. Breakfast was quite delicious and had a lot of variety for hot and cold meals.

Nothing really, the remodel could not be helped so that was understandable

They provided maid service every day. The room was clean and comfortable. The heat/air worked great. TV was newer and worked well. The fridge worked good. The wifi was strong. The hot water was a great temp and lasted through multiple showers/baths each day.

The elevator was a little creaky. There was some construction inside. The luggage carts are worn out.

That was good of breakfast meals and good of location just right. It is too far out of to north west by Murdock and North Port area. every overall very great!! negative stay per night toooo expensive than we are expected for it.

Yes i didn't like too high cost me for one or two night for $214 plus taxes total them $475 wow!!! with my deaf friend told me. It was very DISAPPOINTED with them value or money during vacation or tourist too. I hope future price will go down soon them good luck....

THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL. LOVED THE WAFFLES AND COFFEE. LOCATION WAS VERY CLOSE TO I-75 SO MADE TRAVEL EASY

THE HOTEL WAS UNDER RENOVATION SO PARKING WAS AN ISSUE AS THERE WERE WORK TRUCKS TAKING UP SPACES. I DID NOT MIND THAT THEY WERE UPDATING THE FACILITY AS I HAVE STAYED THERE 3 TIMES NOW AND IT NEEDED SOME WORK. LOOKING FORWARD TO THE UPGRADES
