Breakfast was good but nothing special. Usual fare and pretty much the same every day. Location was EXCELLENT. Loved Megan the bartender in the evenings. She was very friendly and AWESOME!

Room a tad small for 4 adults but nice. We loved the good-sized closet too and the extra bed in addition to the two queens. Restroom by the workout room needed more attention, seemed to be issues daily and not sure whether anything happened. One of the two auto-flush toilets never did get fixed properly during the several days we were there.

We had several experiences of Florida hotelrooms for 5 people in a row and this was by far the best. It was not too cramped, even though the five of us stayed in the same room. There were towels and linen for five (which I couldn't say about the other hotels we went to). Beds were comfy, bathroom was really nice and had great shampoo, shower gel and even loiton in there. The breakfast was great.

The AC unit was right next to one bed and made sleeping cold for one person. Also it was really loud.

My family and I booked 3 rooms and it was all excellent. Great location, big rooms, nice pool area, very nice complete breakfast, lady at front desk the evening we checked in was amazing. Amenities in the rooms were also nice and complete. I would definitely stay in this hotel. Thumbs up to all 👍

Fantastic experience! We booked because the price was great. We LOVED this property. It was really clean. The staff (Liz at the front desk, Cheryl at the bar) were pleasant, friendly, professional and efficinet. The location - it was so close to everythinng we were there to do. We will stay on this property every visit!

What could have been better? We really have nothing!

The property is situated in a prime location with ample parking available. The entire hotel was spotless, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The room was spacious, perfect for a family of four, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay.

We got in late on Thursday, March 30, 2023 and the gentleman who was working at the check in desk was so friendly. He made us feel welcome and asked if we needed a drink from the beverage fridge or a snack. We got in after 12am, and I called the front desk earlier in the day to let them know and to not give our room away. The front desk said they will not, and it wouldn't be a problem getting in late. The pool was very nice and clean. There were pool towels available to use, which was a nice feature to offer. Our room was very clean, and I am one who is very picky. The beds were comfortable. We did not do the complimentary breakfast, it looked good. The staff was so nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is in the happening spot in Punta Gorda. So many restaurants and shops near by, you could even walk to. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. I hated to leave this fun area.

The parking lot is was always full, so we had to park in a area off of the parking lot.

We like to stay at these chains as much as possible because it’s a spacious clean room, breakfast included and perfect location. We arrived early from siesta key and Liz was so accommodating that we were allowed to check in early and have us hours to enjoy the pool. She was extremely kind.

The breakfast was the best around - hot foods, great selection of items and the staff was constantly cleaning, replenishing, and making sure everyone was getting what they needed. This hotel is so clean and well maintained. Our room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Checking in and checking out was super easy. The employees at this hotel are exceptional - pleasant, attentive, and keep everything running smoothly - Thank you, Thank you!

I didn't like that we actually had to leave - we really enjoyed our stay.

Location was great. Room was comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast included was fantastic and the staff was outstanding.

No access to restrooms from the pool area. Not sure where pool towels were kept if any.

Breakfast was very good. Great location, close to downtown restaurants and bars.

TV was satellite TV, which went out every time it rained, which was every evening.
