Everything was so clean and the dishes and pans etc were available on request at no extra charge

The pet policy is great, all other hotels say dogs are welcome but they don’t tell you it’s dogs up to 20 lbs. plus their pet fees are anywhere from $75-$150 yours are $20. Great hotel only place I’ll stay.

The breakfast could be a little better, other than that it’s all good.

It was clean, it was affordable

The water pressure is too low. It took me too long to take a shower because of the water pressure. The bathroom sink water pressure is also very low. You have to put your hand to close under the running water to wash your hands properly & it's very hard to do so cause you're touching the back of the wash sink. That's not proper hand washing.

Breakfast was convenient and the location was nearby to where I was going.

The water shut off at 10 am. The customer service rep said they were having trouble with the water pressure. Everything else was great and above expectations.

Very affordable, excellent location, and the staff was very accommodating. The room is well equipped with a small kitchen which allows for preparing food and not spending needlessly on overpriced restaurants, plus, the Publix is directly across the street. I very much enjoyed the large TV and very comfortable bed. When out of town, I will search for Extended Stay for my lodging needs. Keep up the great work:)

Kitchen in the room with large fridge. Perfect for 4 nights while there on business. Large walk in shower with modern glass door. Staff eager to assist with any customer needs!

The stay was great. Love the 4th floor....I requested it and a room was given. :) Near elevator which also was quite convenient.

Kitchen in room. Excellent coffee and tea in lobby. Gym. Laundry facilities. Comfortable bed.

My current room had a few baby roaches. Only saw them once. Will explain to management.

Very clean. Front desk person, Alexandria was exceptionally upbeat, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Breakfast items not out until 6 am. Some people leave for work earlier than that. Stayed on side of hotel that faced I75. Traffic noise on and off. No snacks, tea bags or drinking cups available at night.

Exceptionally clean. Room had a kitchen,walk in beautiful shower, very comfortable bed. I was in Port Charlotte for business and this was a great match! Manager was on duty when I arrived and arranged everything so that my stay would be flawless. Thank you Luzzy!

We stayed here during Hurricane Ian, which passed right over the hotel. The hotel lost power during the storm, but the staff, was excellent, providing assistance to the guests all the while securing the hotel against the 155 MPH winds and 22 inches of rain that fell. Even though there was this raging hurricane going on, the staff still managed to serve free breakfast. My heartfelt thanks to all of the staff for keeping us all safe!!!
