Bed and pillows were comfy. Place was clean. A/C worked. Small fridge and microwave in room. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. Small pool on site. Washer/dryer on site. Stayed two nights. Needed a place close to the hospital and this was only 6 minutes away. Bob Evans Restaurant next door is very convenient.

Limited breakfast options. No eggs or waffles. Breakfast pancakes from a machine are awful. Threw them away and walked next door to Bob Evans. Limited breakfast seating. Door to our handicap accessible room 217 was extremely hard to open and close. Room smelled horrible like a musty odor mixed with cat pee. Could not get seat out of shower to take a bath. Only one wash cloth in bathroom instead of two. Pictures inside elevator are not level with each other...the beach horizon isn't even. Suggest a larger map near the elevator showing where the stairs are.

The breakfast, while good, it should have apples and bananas. It was a simple breakfast, but it should have been advertised as "Continental" breakfast. Even microwave egg sandwiches would have been a little more filling. I'm not complaining, but I heard several others commenting the same

We were exploring the Southwest Gulf Coast to find a place to spend 3-4 months during the cold Michigan winter. The location was central for that purpose. The room was comfortable, air conditioning worked. Bathroom good.

Can’t expect more for the price.

Breakfast was just enough and the staff was great at keeping the area clean.

The stay would have been excellent except for the patrons smoking weed in various rooms, which permeated the hallways and in our room. It’s not any fault of Microtel, it’s a non- smoking hotel, it’s just the way of the world it seems, inconsiderate people who think everyone likes the smell of sunk weed.

Price, $177 for one night stay in Nov. is crazy. I stay in Macon GA 2 x for this price. I know that Port Charlotte/ Punta Gorda area is exploding with the building of an enormous resort only 2 miles away. I picked this one and I knew it was more than I usually pay, but I wanted to be close to my class reunion venue restaurant’s location. I might have stayed another night to explore my old home town more, but the price prohibited.

We have stayed here several times and are very comfortable. It is quiet, clean and a good location. We enjoyed the pancakes!

Didn't like the check in with the video monitor. Since there was a $100.00 hold for the room, It made it difficult to check out. Alice took care of it, but it did take a few minutes. Would prefer to check in and out with a clerk.

Clean room and comfortable bed. No frills but nice place.

Had to move rooms because the adjoining door to the next room had a missing lock on our side. This should have been caught by staff.

The hotel was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay we had no issues with parking and everything was good I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be back to stay again

Good morning, your employees, Zurmi, Maria and the man who cleans the floor (I don't know his name) the best employees there in your hotel, people like that are needed and more like them, I congratulate you, I hope the next time go back there, they are the ones who touch me, because I plan to return soon. Everything fine

Breakfast was okay had a hard time with the pancake thing and the pancakes were too thin they could give you waffles or have a waffle maker I think it would be much better.

There were people constantly in and out of the hotel slamming the doors to get into the pool area till late hours in the morning. They were talking all night kept me up.
