Iv been to my fair share of days inns and equivalants in the past. My opinion of the brand was that it was an absolute waste of your good money. This days inn property has turned my opinion of the brand a complete 180. I haven't been to any of these places in a over a decade since my last god awful experience. I avoided them like the plague, as they were consistently poorly managed. There were no lingering cigarette smells, rooms and beds were clean and comfy. Extra furniture in the room that isnt broken to handle your office work and eat, working fridge to store your cold foods, working AC, the bathrooms have cold AND hot water, staff actually exist and they dont look dead inside and free breakfast all for an outstanding price. For what they offer you its hard to beat. I know this may sound incredibly basic and almost a standard, but the last days inn property a decade ago failed at all of these things that I listed above. The self check kiosk was also a cool experience that i have yet to run into. I cant tell if its the brand or the property manager, but excellent work! For those of you who are not too sure about days inn, I encourage you to give the brand another chance. Especially this property.

That i didnt plan to stay an additional night.

I needed a pet room and surprisingly the room was very clean I thought it would be shabby because I was traveling with my dog. I’m glad the floors were vinyl I did the paper towel floor test by damping a paper towel and wiping it along the floor to see if it turned black or brown and it wasn’t so housekeeping is doing a great job. The bed was very comfortable I had a really good night sleep with four different pillows that were different firmness to choose from. The room also had your own little patio with chairs and table very nice. The morning breakfast had a lot to choose from being a continental style it even had pancakes which were quite good. Overall this Days Inn is a A+ for what you get and paid for would definitely stay there again very good experience.

Good location, comfortable beds, not too busy. Nice tables outside to sit at, however smokers were usually out there. Breakfast was adequate, however not much choice.

I wasn't sure on cost of pet fee, reading online reviews, people said $10 for small dog and $20 for large dog, but when I arrived, they told me $35 for all dogs. However, when I told the lady Booking.com has comments about $10, she said I only had to pay $10. The other thing I didn't care for was the automated check in with a man that was on video and couldn't speak clear English. I could hardly understand him, so I couldn't understand why I had to use him instead of the tow ladies behind the counter. duh....

Out of the 3 hotels i stayed on my cycling trip, i was shockingly surprised how clean and neat it was...was also helped by maintainance...and close to all the important amenities...will stay there again.

I didn't like how close it was to a very busy road...i was facing that side...to the street...will know for next time to be on other side and not having access to a printer was also something i didn't like...i didn't like having to make arrangements with a kiosk machine...which gave me room keys that didn't work and the wrong wifi password

Breakfast was just ok, more healthy choices please. The room was great.

The pool needed some work

Having a working pancake machine , also you were allowed to smoke outside your room , then u wake up one morning and signs up ash trays gone and when asked it was changed by the owner, go to flordia to relax have a few drinks outside room and if your a smoker no can do I will forget this place, then u see people on the 2nd 3rd floors smoking and no signs on those floors 1400.stay is a lot of money will be booking elsewhere

Unfriendly staff, wouldn’t make eye contact or greet guests . Only one kiosk to check guests in and out and two women working the front desk wouldn’t / couldn’t (not sure which) even attempt to help check guests in to avoid long lines and frustration from multiple guests. They didn’t appear to have any other responsibility at that time and just completely avoided any interaction with guests. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service.

Hotel was very clean even though they’re updating the rooms currently.

Our room (212) was clean and comfortable, however, there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and it’s a super small space. There is a dehumidifier in the room as it does get humid in the room, but let it be known there’s mold in the drip tub. It could use a really good cleaning (the dehumidifier that is). Also, there’s a half inch or so gap at the base of the door and the longest part of the door where it opens. Daylight can be seen if the room is dark and at night you can see the lights on the outside. It’s not safe in the aspect that if someone wanted to jimmy something between the door and the lock to get it open, it’s very possible.

We checked out very early in the morning and had to talk to some guy on a computer screen who I could not understand. Stop all this computer junk. You are a service oriented business. Customers should be able to talk to real people in real time. Very frustrating when I have to keep telling the guy on the computer that I can't understand what he is saying. Also, I checked out a day earlier than planned and have not seen a credit for my last day show up on my credit card.

It was a good value for one night and the location was great we just needed a place to stay for a dance competition the next morning. Checking in thru a machine was interesting as I had a hard time understanding the agent and was asked 5x if I had a pet with me and kept saying no. Breakfast was meh but available but luckily there's a lot nearby
