The unit I was in was very clean and had a water view from both the breakfast nook and the screened patio (not all units will have the same type view). Office staff friendly and helpful. Nice amenities including pool, hot tub, horseshoes,etc. The entire property is clean, well maintained, and felt safe. Definitely would use this property again when I’m back in the area.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like. I would have enjoyed using the park area across the street but it has had hurricane damage, not yet repaired, so the park was closed. This is, obviously, out of the control of the condo property to fix.

Everything!! We love this place . The location is perfect. The harbour is right across the street, with a fishing pier, kayak launch, and park for the kids. The accommodations are big enough room for six adults to sleep comfortably and have privacy. The kitchen is well stocked all the units have a balcony that overlooks the pool area !The pool area has a pool table, a dart board a corn hole game and a huge hot tub . Plus the property is pet friendly. We try to getaway and stay there several times a year .

Property is a time share with nightly rental available when owners aren’t using their unit. Kitchen and baths have not been updated to current luxury standards but are perfectly functional and adequate. Kitchen is furnished with dishes, pans, flatware, etc. There is a full size refrigerator and oven and microwave. The pool area is lovely, with a number of tables and comfortable chairs and a large, covered shelter. The price is right!

Can’t think of a thing except an 11am checkout time rather than 10!

This is the 4th time I've stayed here, I have never been disappointed. I love the property, the location and the staff. The rooms are big, have everything you need, the grounds are beautiful, and it is right across from the water. The pool area is always pristine, you can tell that the staff puts allot of pride into their work. My grandchildren (who are always with me...love their time here...so kudos to Charlotte Bay Resort and thank you for the experience!!

The condo as a whole was fantastic. A fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, two large king-sized beds, a sleeper couch, a dining room, and a kitchenette. The kitchen even had a garbage disposal. The beds were extra firm, which, for us, were fine. others might like a pillow top. The couch was not very comfortable. I think it needs new life brought back to it. But the fact that there was a recliner helped with my elderly mother, who likes to sleep with her feet up. And it had a lovely screened in patio. So you didn't get eaten up by the mosquitoes. It was completely tiled throughout the house. So you did not have to worry about dirty carpet. The pool area was very nice. lots of places to sit, even some undercover. but one night time fell, a lot was lost under the darkness of night because many of the lights were not coming on. It's a simple fix of maintenance being informed, and I'm sure they'll have that quickly remedied.

1- needs exhaust fans in each bathroom fixed. Heater worked great. 2- the master shower has reversed water. But it's not labeled. It was a"shocking" discovery when I stepped in. 3- it's minor, needs more trash cans(my opinion) 4- Having been born and raised here in Florida, I know this one is hard to accomplish. But there were quite a few sugar ants roaming the bathrooms. even if I had seen a bait trap, I would have known at least they were acknowledging it and trying to remedy the problem.

The property was very nice and super clean. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. The pool was clean and even the hot tub was on and ready to go. The location was perfect and close to everything you might want to do.

Loved our stay at Charlotte Bay. Late check in was a breeze staff communicated late instructions perfectly. The Location was great . Out door facilities the room was spacious, clean well stocked and very comfortable. Great for our family only wish we could of stayed longer. Will definitely book here again.

It was very clean and well stocked to cook and do whatever you would like. Bed was comfortable. When I saw the pictures online, I thought oh I don’t know if this is gonna be any good but boy was I surprised.. large pool and large hot tub that are very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly when I checked in.

The furniture is in need of updating.

Absolutely lovely property in a quiet residential area across from the bay. I had a 2 room suite with 2 full baths, eat-in kitchen, living room, and dining room. Exceptionally clean and well maintained.

I was only staying for one night, and for me I didn't need all the space and amenities. But, this has nothing to do with the property at all. Due to residual effects of hurricane Ian, it was almost impossible to fine any location accepting reservations. As a result I ended up paying more for my one night stay than I would have liked, but that's certainly not the property's fault!

The area it’s in is beautiful. There was a lot of construction traffics and cars parking all around the property. Due to a large resort being built up the road. That was irritating but wasn’t awful that it ruined our stay.

We stayed here last year also and just like last year the ppl upstairs were loud.
