I love how peaceful, relaxing, and clean it was. Everyone was so nice.

I'm sad to have found out the pool is gone that was on the rooftop. The food was amazing but way too expensive at the restaurant in the lobby. The rooftop bar/restaurant was cheaper and same quality of food. I was disappointed at breakfast seeing that the menu was half the size of the online menu. They offered apple juice but looked at me crazy when I ordered a glass and then couldn't find any so I had to drink coffee. It really was an amazing stay for my husband and myself, just a few minor bumps........

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The location, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was so nice with a beautiful shower. We loved the rooftop bar and views but shame the breakfast was not served up there midweek.

The shower water was not warm enough, just lukewarm, but considering it was 100C on the day, it was quite nice in a way.

On booking.com, which I used to reserve our room, the description said there was a rooftop pool. After arriving we went to the rooftop to have a drink by the pool and no pool. Was told no pool for a couple of years. Change your description on this platform. I would not have booked if I would have known no pool.

Room doors need to be sound proofed. People talking in the hallway was disruptive. They were talking in a normal volume and we could hear every word.

I was at the hotel for a family wedding. It was a great space for a small wedding the rooftop bar was a great area for people to gather to either midday snacks or drinks or late night drinks as well as breakfast. The location was easily accessible from the major highway. It was very picturesque from the rooftop

They have a wonderful rooftop bar. Different activities on different days, we were lucky enough to experience a big band. Nice drinks and nice view of the town.

There is no pool here. The website said there was a pool there is nothing really to do in Punta Gorda as there are no beaches. You need to stay at a place with a pool if you’re going to be there for a while.

Classic hotel that is in impeccable condition, very clean, staff is attentive, easy walking distance to Marian street where most of PGs restaurants and nightlife are. Breakfast is not included, but onsite restaurant is reasonable and far better quality than the typical free breakfast offerings you usually see.

Not sure if all of the rooms contain handicap accessories, mine did, thought it was a little creepy.

It was a great location next to the water so you can see the boats going in and out. And you got to see the wall of the following heroes from Vietnam and it’s a lot of beautiful restaurants around and inside customer service is excellent

The room was great! Clean and comfortable. Staff were great except for the first night on the rooftop bar.

The wait staff on our first night was inattentive. But the guy the next 2 mornings was phenomenal. Kelli! He made up for the others the night before. He was great!

Quiet rooms from highway noise

Last night did not sleep well couple next door was fighting all night. I ask hotel to refund my last night and charge couple fighting. No luck

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable !!

When we booked the room, we had thought there was a roof top pool. We stayed before and there was so we returned for that reason. A little disappointed to find out that it was gone.
