Newly renovated hotel, I love the design of the room incl. the washroom. The toiletries (amenities) are pleasant, adding a high-end touch to overall experience. The Netflix account in the TV has to be logged in with personal account. The surroundings has many restaurants so it’s a definite ideal location to stay in if you have an event nearby and won’t have to worry on looking for nearby eateries. A steamer and water dispenser is available on the same floor, self-service luggage cart is available as well.

Ants start coming out at midnight, although food waste is disposed and covered in the waste bin. My concern was that some got onto the bed before we went to sleep. This would be my only and main concern. Other than that, kindly be advised that parking in the area is subject to payment where a flat fee for overnight would be RM10.

Everything about this hotel is so good. Their shampoo and body soap all smelled so nice. They have smart tv which is great. Their aircon is strong. Bed is so comfortable. Their staff is friendly and nice too especially the housekeeper. Location wise is great too as everything is within walking distance. They have multiple stores ranging from clothing to Restaurant to cafe / convenience store ( There’s 3 of them 7-11 , CU & Family Mart) to even pet store and everything is affordable. All in all I will definitely stay here again whenever I come to this city. Really loved my experience here

2 downside is that , 1. Carpark is not free. 1RM/Hr but they cap at 10RM. 2. Wifi speed is ok as sometimes might take awhile to load the smart tv.

Away from the hustle an bustle of the city, this location (iconic Point) is refreshingly laid-back and yet has a nice mix of eateries and convenience stores, all within walking distance. The wifi was strong in Room 127 and the large screen Android TV is nice. Room is clean and comfortable. A good night's rest is almost assured.

The hotel does not provide parking. Public parking costs RM10 overnight. At rush hour, it takes a bit long to reach the main roads and highways. Traffic could be bad coming in and going out of Iconic Point. Make it a point to leave early for appointments.

Great modern facilities. You can find a little bit of everything in surrounding area (restaurants, bars, supermarket, some electronic stores...), walking distance. For us was just a place to spend the night while driving further north. Very clean and very quiet.

We weren't expecting to pay car park. It was cheap (10MYR) but it was a little bit surprising to see that you have to pay to access all the commercial area around the hotel. The mattress and pillows were both quite hard. I do like hard mattress but my husband doesn't. But the pillows are huge and hard, very difficult to feel comfortable with them. I couldn't use it...

Everything. The interior of the room is chic and fresh. The quality of the towel used also comfy and thicker compared to other hotel. U can watch smart tv, very clear but no netflix and other paid content. But can watch YouTube. The shower cream and shampoo are not typical as per use in other hotels (with the price which i consider cheap, it is good). You can get breakfast for rm20 which i consider is good. The food is marvellous. You can choose one of the menu as your main meal and the rest of the breakfast buffet too. It is a simple breakfast but we are so full and even my husband said, the price is reasonable. The location of the hotel are walking distance to many stores like family mart, cu mart, 7 eleven, secret recipe and many more.

Of course about the parking. You need to pay for the parking. Rm10 for 24 hours. But if you not parking your car for 24 hours, it still charged you rm1 per hour. Just lot of money to pay for the parking.

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. So many lights and power points. I like the smell of shower shampoo and hand shampoo. Towels are new and thick.

Breakfast was disappointing. Maybe can improve. Should serve butter, egg (half boiled or scrambled or sunny side up) Fries was cold. Better dont serve this. Nuggets too can be changed to other foods.

As the hotel located at the central of small town and they are few restaurants, fast food and bistro shops can be found. It is just a walking distance. To reached to the hotel location only can be reached by own car or taxi.

The dissatisfaction experiences that I encountered was the pillow was too soft for me and the room aircon temperature took about half hour to cool down the room.

-Nested at the end of F&B enclaves, which comprises McD, Starbucks, 7-eleven, Family Mart & more. No lack of food choices. -Clean & relatively new hotel.

-can be a challenge to locate vacant parking lot during the weekend if you drive. Parking gantry with TnG. -standard room with minimal space, for luggage storage & walk about within room.

good location if you are aiming to go to island since its located quite near to the PLUS Exit (Plaxa tol Simpang Ampat) but do mind the traffic. hotel n room is super cozy n welcoming. wifi is great. room is cleaning n fantastic

quite tricky for muslim to find a dinner but not hard if you dont mind to dinner with mekdi or kfc. no free parking (n quite expensive too) but ample parking space.
