The location of the hotel was incredible -- basically right next to the beach (but not too close that you could hear the music). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in organising transport around Goa, as well as hotel demands (e.g. getting clean towels). Rooms were comfortable and the pool area was very nice. Everything was pretty quiet at night. Overall the hotel was perfect for a mostly beachside holiday with a small amount of travelling around the rest of Goa.

Breakfast was a little lack-lustre, and it would have been nice to have more Western options. The hotel could have been clear which food/drinks could were made using tap water (or local water), and which were made using bottled water (since the tap water will make foreigners ill if they have not been in India for very long).

The property was clean and the rooms very comfortable. The air conditioning and fans kept us cool through the day and night. Huge four poster bed was very comfortable. Watch out for mosquitos outside if sitting on the veranda….a little spray of DEET- based product and you’re fine. The pool was beautiful and clear and big enough to swim good lengths before turning. Food? Absolutely terrific. Coming from the UK we re used to curries and good amounts of spice but really, the food was exceptional. Never had curries that good. If you’re a curry fan, you’ll be blown away. The service too, was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel rather special staying here. The management team of Siddhath, Annan and General Manager Rupesh did a splendid job and we’ll certainly be back next year. And it is just 80 steps to the magnificent beach.!

The staff is absolutely amazing. They helped us with so many things. Sid went above board to make sure we were taken care of. Anything you need, they will do their best to help you. They cleaned the room well, and the pool is sparkling. The lobby area is nice.

It was advertised as handicapped accessible. There are too many stairs for it to be that. My husband had some difficulty walking. The restaurant is up 2 flights of about 10 stairs each. When they realized it was difficult, they changed our room to one that was easier to get to. Also, they brought breakfast to the room. So, even though it wasn’t what we thought it would be, they took care of us the best they could. The food was okay… not great but okay.

I came to this hotel with my 75yo Dad and we were just looking for a place where we can relax. We found it in Justa. The staff is exceptional and always went extra mile to help us. The hotel manager Mr. Siddhartha was ready to assist with whatever we needed. The Wi-Fi is working great and everything is very clean. It’s also worth to mention that food is very tasty and in the menu there is plenty positions to picked from. We stayed for 2 weeks and I would recommend this place if you looking for property that keeps high standards for their guests. Thank you!!!

Fantastic establishment, with great restaurants, yummy food, big swimming pool, and lovely gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we got free room upgrade as well, which was very much appreciated. The local beach though feel neglected and uncared for, which was a disappointment for us. Never the less, the resort made up for it.

Close proximity to the beach. Very good breakfast included with the team willing to go the extra mile. Super helpful staff. Great pool. We had the largest suite room which was great.

The drinks menu wasn’t reflective of what was available. Having said that the staff allowed for us to bring in our own drinks with no additional charge. replacing some of the tired bedding would be relatively inexpensive and a good move to improve the experience.

This property checked all the boxes - proximity to beach, restaurants, and the size of the rooms are exceptional. Families who want an extra bed for the kids should def take the deluxe rooms. Another great bonus is the size of the pool - one of the largest in the area!

An operational fridge in the room would have been nice, the one in our room wasn't working. A special thanks to Bikram and his team though for keeping our drinks cold for us.

The pool is absolutely marvelous, and while they're supposed to close it at 7, we were served drinks and eats poolside until late into the night while we chilled in the pool. The service is above and beyond and you can tell they're really aiming high. While there were still renovations going on while I stayed there, anyone booking even a week or two after me will get the best of the hotel. Try the cheese spring rolls - OMG. The rooms are tastefully outfitted and there's enough space for your stuff. Oh, and I can confirm - it's exactly 80 steps from the front entrance to beach sand. There are a number of really cool places to eat and drink on the beach nearby, and a) take cash or confirm that they accept credit card before you sit, and b) don't be afraid to wander down the beach to find a good spot, there are many. I must again commend the staff and manager - they were instrumental in making our stay amazing.

Couldn't get the shower water to stay hot - but that's an easy fix that I hope they read before you book. I should also have liked a shower at the entrance to wash off saly water from a trip to the beach - something to instal perhaps? The staff weren't aware of any interesting sites that one could explore in the area - I'm sure there must be, but they were helpful enough to arrange a driver who did. =D We had a real adventure visiting the Fort Tiracol, which doesn't have a lot of exploring, but does have a nice restaurant where you can grab a gin n tonic.

The way to the beach and the pool could do with a little more cleaning, still would love to go there again and again.
