1.location - simply can't get better in Goa! 2.staff - efficient, courteous and service with a smile. 3. bedroom with its own pvt lounge area outside with a hothub - awesome. 4.No full kitchen but allowed to call food from the many restaurants around so fine by me. rating till now 10/10... 4.bathroom - definitely needs a complete overhaul. At this price point just not acceptable. now the overall rating 7.5/10!

The property is on a great location and is right next to the beach. Spacious room, piping hot water, mini refrigerator, toiletries, comfortable bed, bath tub, powerful AC - all amenities are provided. The best part is the friendly staff who are always ready to help you. Recommended!

The resort is beautiful and exactly what you see in the pictures however the breakfast menu & quality was average and the service had a long waiting time. Given the premium this property charges in peak season and being next to some great eateries, would love to see them amp up their food service, variety and quality.

Property is right on the beach, exactly as advertised in the photos. Staff is friendly, and prompt in the service.

Loud blaring music by the shack next door until 5 am on the first night of our stay. Bathrooms can be upgraded a bit though.

We were fortunate to stay in both Larisa Beach and their sister hotel in Mandrem. Beautifully designed and the staff are incredibly helpful and fantastic food (no restaurant at the beach hotel)

On the beach it is very noisy from the clubs but definitely worth a stay for a few nights to be so close to the beach and all the bars and nightlife

- At around same price we get some 5 stars, so it's a bit expensive. - They don't sell beers, so have to go out everything to buy it.

The access to Morjim Beach was lovely, and the entire trip was lovely. We were served breakfast in the mornings and enjoyed it on our patio/cabana.

I would have created a more permanent step access to the beach. There was access and the most lovely part of the place was its access to other restaurants and the beach.

The place was cosy and well airconditioned to cool off when weather was to hot. Also it made me connect with nature, beach and the local people. The cabin was simple yet sufficient. Enjoyed my stay.

Nothing bothered me

Everything about this cute little place. It's location right on the beach takes the cake. It is not for travellers who need room service at beck and call. It is for mature travel enthusiasts who appreciate nature and want to spend quality time in the beach! The staff here is super helpful and smiling! Special shout out to Kalpesh who ensured that my stay was comfortable and safe considering I was traveling solo.

Amazing location. The sea-facing bath tub is a superb touch. Great stay overall.

It feels a bit over-priced - what you are getting is amazing but I would still think you are paying little bit too much for it. But still worth giving it a try once. Also, the loud all night music from one of the pubs nearby becomes too much to handle in the night.
