Good value for money. But leaving all that, it felt that i was staying with my family. Ilham and his family were amazing as a host. It was just by chance that i came across this gem. My other hotel was sold out. So just spent one night there. He helped me with my 3 day agenda, helped me with the cab and the predatory srinagar tourist pricing. But they were with me for the entire trip. My youngest son had food poisoning after having some street food, ilham came to our resucue at 1.00am and took us to the hospital. Please note that we had already checked out to my second hotel. He didn't have to do that. The day we left srinagar they served us tea. I'm definitely booking their rooms and only theirs the next time. I would rate the hospitality Taj x 10. Thank-you Thank-you Thank-you for everything.

For the price- nothing

The overall experience of the stay was wonderful. They don't the guests as outsiders but as part of an extended family. there is a personal touch in every thing . Be it staying, the breakfast, the way dinner is served . There is always an effort by Mr. Ilham to make you feel comfortable during the entire duration of the stay .

The power situation as such in Srinagar was disturbed during my visit but once again they ensured I don't face with my usual work on the laptop or even charging the Mobile . Excellent back up power facilities at the property.

Wonderful Serrvice oriented host . It's a beautiful home stay with a nice big garden . The rooms are decent , food was nice. Breakfast was good ,not too much varieties you have but still its good . The birds are chirping all the time & its a nice feeling. Ilham is a nice man to interact I am happy that I was able to book this property. Infact thanks to booking com else I would not have known about this place The Property is close to dal lake , so one can go in the evening for the stroll . You also have some restaurents near by . Getting an Auto is easy & if you plan to hire some one for half a day then Nasir the Auto driver is a Trust worthy Person . We lost our Iphone & it was this gentleman who waited for 2 hrs & gave us back such is his Honesty. Nasir -- 99065 13471 . I called Ilham (the owner) the day before I arrived in Srinagar. He helped me plan the entire trip even though I was staying only one day in Ikraam Inn. He also helped me find an awesome and kind driver, Muneer, who helped us 3 days out of our 5 day trip. The room was nice - very cozy and clean. The family maintaining the property were warm and friendly - they spoke to and connected with everyone in my family (grandparents and children). They have an amazing organic garden behind the property. My niece wasn't well and the family was kind to provide home cooked meal for us due to this. I cannot recommend this BnB enough. Stay here and experience the local hospitality and use Muneer's services for transportation. My only regret is not calling llham much earlier to plan the trip.

The traffic to the place can be bad during peak times but I do not see this as major disadvantage as there are interior roads that drivers can take.

I visited Srinagar with a 5 day plan, but due to work had to extend the stay for another 23 days and throughout I stayed at ikraam inn. The facilities like heater, electric blankets and kettle, smart tv, Wi-Fi, breakfast, and other home cooked meals are all very decent and good. As you enter this property there is a wide spread of lawn with a bench and table to enjoy your coffee The main person managing this place is a gem of a person. The whole family was so friendly.I thank Ikraam Inn for making my stay a pleasant and memorable one.

The best part is that a family is running the place and their priority is customer service. Ilhaam the owner of the place is very polite and during breakfast he sat with us and gave good suggestions to explore Kashmir. - Clean room and washroom My first preference to search a room is always clean washroom. Searched alot on booking.com and only this B&B was recommended in the reviews. I must say that it exceeded my expectations, the washroom was very clean and had hot water running 24/7 - Netflix and Disney on TV To my surprise the room had TV with Netflix, Disney and hotstar subscription. - Tasty Breakfast Well the options were very limited but I enjoyed the Omelette, Poha and hot tea in the morning. - Amazing service My wife was not feeling well and in the middle of the night I called Ilhaam to arrange some medicines. He immediately arranged it and was genuinely concerned about her health.

Everything was up to the mark

Place is in good location, the rooms are well maintained and we felt very comfortable with the staff, facility and got homely feeling. Food was also good . The owner is very helpful, suggested a lot on do's and don'ts in terms of shopping, hiring cabs, visiting places etc.

They could be little more generous in serving the food. We asked for omelets along with poha for breakfast and they served one omelette for a family of 3 so we shared that single omelette among us. May be they expect us to tell specifically on the portion size. Also the price is little on the higher side

We had an excellent stay at Ikraam Inn. The staff was very friendly and responsive, rooms were big and kept very clean. Breakfast served was also good. The owner ilhaam gave us recommendations for site seeing and important tips for each place. They also arrange taxi and tour package.

Since srinagar was bit hot at the time we visited, the single fan was not sufficient to cover entire room.. owner told me he already planning to install AC.

I loved everything about this place. The room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Ilhaam Husain was very courteous and polite, He helped me to explore places in Kashmir and made travel arrangements in short time. I travel a lot and i believe two things are very important when you are on vacation. 1. The place you stay, 2. The local driver. Ilham Husain was excellent in his job for arranging both.
